This Wendy’s need to close down immediately! Every time I go to Wendy’s it’s a bad experience .. I can’t never get my food fresh! The food I receive tonight looked like it been sitting up for hours. A dog wouldn’t even eat this.

Before ordering I visited the restroom. The urinal and stall were both dirty, and the soap dispenser was attached to a loose divider separating the urinal from the sink.
Afterwards, I placed an order for a Dave’s Triple (plain, with cheese and only mustard) and a large order of fries. When the associate read my order back to me, she stated that she replaced my order with a combo, due to the closeness in pricing. I stated I did not want a drink and she insisted I get the combo. Frustrated, I instead asked to downsize my large fry to a medium. The wait was longer than I wanted, but I didn’t mind, seeing as how my fries came fresh out of the fryer. With my order in hand I looked for sale and pepper packets in the lobby and found none. I asked the associates did they have any salt and pepper packets, and the male associate said “Not for you.”
I’m a Black male. He was a white male. I did NOT appreciate being told there were “none for me”. The lady associate that took my order got packets for me, and during this time the male associate attempted, and failed, to make light of his remark.
This was my first time going to this location, and it will certainly be my last.

Other than the fact that the drive thru is automated now which I think is so impersonal. The food was hot fresh and very good. The young lady at the Window was friendly. I really like this particular store even though its about 30 minutes from house its on the way home from work. There is one closer to my house.. But this store seems to always prepare there burgers well. I always get the baconator and most stores barely even put bacon on them. But this Wendy’s puts an adequate amount.

I wish you could give half stars. 1/20/25. WTH is wrong with this store. 20 .minutes for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Really!? Pathetic Wendy’s of Moody. Food was terrible! Cold fries, burger had worst texture ever! Wendys is supposed to be famous for the chocolate frosty, but they never have it! Then wait till you’re at the window, apologize and hand you vanilla! Gross! Won’t be back. Like the jingle says, “everyone goes to, Milos”.

Super friendly staff. Even tested them by having to modify my order at the drive-thru and they made the changes with no problems at all. Order was received hot and as I ordered. Would recommend to anyone. UPDATED 2/29/24….Ordered single burger with cheese and fries. Burger was cold, while fries were hot. Order was correct and staff was very friendly. Only issue was a really cold burger.
UPDATE 9/20/24. Ordered 10 pc spicy Buffalo nugs and large drink. Hot and fresh, great service….loving the new saucy nuggs!! Great job Wendys!

So today I chose to do breakfast at this same Wendys since I have always been very happy with the food and service provided. Unfortunately today I should have went elsewhere for breakfast. I orderednthe breakfast burrito with sausage and a large sprite. As usual, the attendant taking my order and handing it to me at the window 19 mins later was extremely friendly and professional, although I would have appreciated some reasoning why it took 19 mins to get my order when usually it is MUCH faster…maybe short handed, who knows.
My issue was 100% with the food. She advised me that the egg was very hot and to be aware…however, that was the only thing hot. Bacon and sausage was so hard and overcooked it was impossible to eat. The wrap was as if it just came out of fridge. Being used to very high quality food and service from this location I was extremely disappointed. I will still visit for lunch, but never again for breakfast…it was that bad. I did appreciate the very friendly employee that took my order and handed it to me at drive through, but the food prep employees definitely need some QC work.

When we walked in, there was no one else there, placed our order for togo, and sat down to wait. 2 other small families walked in after us, and ended up getting their food before we did. After about 20-25 minutes, we got up to ask for a refund since we had somewhere to be. We waited in line again for another 10 minutes or so, the woman taking the orders was making them as she took them which made it go by slower. When we asked for a refund, she apologized and asked what we had and said she can make it super quick. Took about another 5 minutes since she was making it fresh, which was thoughtful. She also offered us a free frosty, which was nice.
I think they just need more employees, especially since the lobby was dirty and they didn’t have any napkins anywhere. Not really worth $22, also.

How n the heck do you just not serve breakfast at this location anymore? There are NO SIGNS, or any information regarding this. But the screen on the voice box has rotating pictures of breakfast items, such as French toast sticks and breakfast burritos?

The people who took my order were very nice. But.. I had chili and a baked potato. The baked potato was very good and fresh. The chili was horrible. I had to throw it away. It was sour like vinegar was in it, also there was big round onions like on a sandwich round and it was a taste of overwhelming onion and sour tomato sauce. I usually like Wendy’s chili. 888
