The female worker there. Didn’t seem to care if I existed! The guy (my actual cashier) made up for it. Friendly. My 2 pizzas lasted 3 days in the woods, camping. Pizza is a great 1st dinner, after setting up camp!

My wife and I ordered a medium, supreme pizza on Sat, Sep 27, 2025 and had it delivered to our hotel around 10:45 pm. It was a pan pizza. It was delivered in a timely manner. It was actually the best pizza I’ve eaten in years. The quality and balance of meat and vegetables was perfect, the amount of cheese and sauce was just right, and the crust had just the perfect amount of crispness. I’ve eaten pizza at many larger places than Crockett over the past few years, various brands, none as good as this. I had gotten to the point that I could take or leave pizza, but if I could get one like that every time, I’d eat at least one per week. Whoever made that pizza knew what they were doing. This is not a joke posting. Thanks Domino’s.

After numerous screwed up deliveries where the app says order completed meaning it has been delivered. Today when I call to complain about this and the fact that they were running almost 30 minutes AFTER the app showed a completed order. I also wasn’t given my whole order I called again requesting that they credit the missing items back to my card I was told NO. And that they would no longer take my orders because the driver thought I was rude when I asked where the hell they had been and why did the app report he had already been here. So not only are they grossly incompetent they are also crocked because they won’t refund for items not delivered. BUT this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with getting a delivery on time and correct. It has happened so many times previous that I’ve had numerous “free” pizzas as compensation for their incompetence. Problem with that being is that you have to go over $20 before they will deliver, so there is NO FREEBIE and sure enough they screw up the next order. Tired of the total mismanagement of this store and I will be following up with corporate on this. PS: I used to be in this business so I know how and what it takes, and this group clearly is either clueless or doesn’t care about actual customer service.

First thing you see is a table with a box of masks. All employees and customers are required to have one on.
The store is very clean and well- organized. The guy that took my order (manager, I think?) was very polite and helpful.
Employees were efficient. Stayed focused and on-task at all times.
The pizza and garlic bread knots were EXCELLENT! Perfect crust. Well balanced sauce/crust ratio. Toppings were very good!
Asked my roommate what he thought… He said it was PERFECT!
We were both very pleased with everything.

The pizza we ordered was go greasy we couldn’t even eat it. The entire box was literally nothing but grease to where it was leaking out of the box and I’m not exaggerating. The crust on the pizza was mush, and grease dropped all over the place. Alfredo was over cooked and noodles were burnt, and the wings were pretty greasy as well but not anywhere near as bad as the pizza. Brought this up to some friends and they have experienced the same thing, we will be joining them in not ordering from here again.
