Heads up! “Scotcharoo” bar is NOT butterscotch but peanut butter! Food ordering apps like Uber don’t have a description, but from the name, I assumed it was butterscotch. Good thing I do not have an allergy, just disappointed in my treat. On the other side, the chili was superb.

Only 3 cars in line. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Guy at the register took my card swiped it and didnt change his gloves. Cheddar fry didnt have hot fries. Got home and they didnt even put the dressing in the bag for my Ceasar salad. I am in the food industry. How hard is it to make burgers and fries when your not even busy? I am a native of Rockford, IL where the first ever beef a roos started. The family that initially owned the restaurant would be very disappointed with this place. Never going back.

Drive through. Asked for $5.55 meal with onion rings. Was told I couldn’t have onion rings with the 5.55 meal. No biggie just give me the regular meal with onion rings, idc if it’s more than 5.55. Friend with me ordered the 5.55 cheeseburger. Our total was almost $19.00 got home and opened the bag to two orders of fries and no GD onion rings. The beef and Cheddar sucks. Arby’s right across the street isn’t great but way better than this.

Went tonight and got me two pork tenderloin sandwiches two medium fries and two medium drinks and it all came to about $16 and I’ll tell you what this is the best place to eat pork tenderloin sandwiches I will go to no other place, the gentleman at the window was totally awesome very kind the biggest smile and he greeted me way better than I’ve ever been treated or greeted at any other place also he gave me a free brownie which I will devour tomorrow for breakfast best place in town to eat hands down. Keep up the good work and whoever made the pork tenderloin sandwiches you ROCK thanks

Good burger. It was smash fried so a little crusty on the edges which I really like. I had the double bacon cheese burger. Had onion rings which were very good. I’ll go again. Did the drive thru so atmosphere wasn’t an issue.

Went through the drive thru. The two people it took to take our order couldn’t for the life of them get our order rang in correctly. Then after repeating it several times and them having to delete everything execpt for one item and start over again. Waited for for a while got the wrong burger. We also didnt get any utensils napkins condiments in the bag. They also told me they didn’t serve side salads even though it was offered on their menu they said they had normal size big salads but couldn’t make a small salad? It seems like lack of care for their job. All the lights were turned off mainly the dining room was shut up even though they didnt close for 2 more hours. Bad experience with staff. Decent food.

Went to the one one Kearney near Kansas and it was a very pleasant outing. The customer service was above and beyond and the person that served me “Zack” was awesome. Let the cooks know it was my fist time in so show me luv. The fries were hot and fresh and the burger, OMG the burger reminded me of my hometown St.Louis. He also gave me a couple of free fries coupons. Overall I’ll be back more often. Killing the out burger joint I’ve been to!!

If you eat here check your Lettuce. They just served me rotten lettuce. I didn’t make them remake my burger. I just took it off and showed the guy and told him they need to change out the Lettuce, and he didn’t even go look at it or change it. I’m disgusted now.

I was hungry but only had time to pick up some fast food. I was going to head to Wendy’s for a burger but I have been meaning to try Beef-a-roo so I took this opportunity!
I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, a large sweet potato fry, and a large cheese curd. The young woman running the window was very pleasant and friendly which I appreciated! It took longer for the food to be made than I expected, especially since I was the only person in the drive thru and there was only one car parked in the lot, but I figured that meant they were making everything fresh. I got my food and headed home, a less than five minute drive.
First impression upon unpacking my food was that the portions were not worth the price. I paid $18 for a fast food meal that didn’t even include a drink. The sweet potato fries were cold and limp, which was disappointing, and the cheese curds were cold as well. My burger was still warm, but it was so greasy that the bottom bun was dissolving as I ate it. The two parties were cooked completely differently – one was well-done while the other was very pink.
Taste-wise, the burger was decent, the fries were alright, and the cheese curds were meh. Kinda disappointed, I’m a major carnivore and had been interested in trying this place for a while.

I got the Cesar wrap and omg it was good! I would have liked a little less lettuce so I’ll order it like that next time so no biggie! The fries were also so tasty!! I’ll probably order extra cheese on those next time too cause I really loved the taste of them! Over all 5 stars even with what I would have changed! And to see that they have Gluten Free options? Yes!
