DISGUSTING! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!! The worst experience trying to grab a bite to eat. My girlfriend and I chose to come here to get out of the heat before some fireworks and the place is a disaster. Absolutely inexcusable if you ask me. The employees knew how bad this was. Someone spilled a drink in the lobby and they put a mop sign over it. We told management how disappointed we were so they sent someone out to clean the tables but none else. We sadly ordered and then looked around. If we seen the restaurant in this shape we would have jet. It was very unsettling eating in the filth. Not a single surface was clean anywhere. This is super unsanitary! Multiple customers came in with the same gross face. Few left. One even engaged in conversation with us commenting how bad the store looked and told us it used to be a great MCD even months back. Burgers, Fries, Nuggets were fresh. But the unsanitary of the front end of the store defiantly makes me question what we cant see.

Last 4 times we have ordered to have it picked up, order has been wrong.
This last time, we ordered and it took 45minutes(we have receipts showing times) and then we got the order delivered and IT WAS WRONG!
I normally don’t complain about food either, but the steak was OVER seasoned and I couldn’t even finish it.
Employees that work there don’t care either.. people used to take pride in their work, even at a place like this. Sad to see it go down-hill.

Sweet tea was all-but-empty. I tipped it to get the last. Photos are 2/27 and 3/6. Still (!) badly need to have a class in sandwich construction. If you use the app for table service you will not get table service. Please bring back the trays. It appears the owners own a gazillion McD franchises, and it shows.

This place has been doing a good job for several months now. My orders have been fresh and right every time. I usually order around 3 to 3:30 pm, so I can’t say how the morning and evening shifts are doing. Keep up the good work!

Slow service, ALWAYS I mean 99.9% of the time out of what you want. Ice cream is the #1 they are out of constantly which i hear is because the workers do not want to clean it on shift changes. Also i just tried ordering a Sunday and they said well we have the ice cream but no fudge.. that to me is very hard to believe. McDonald’s is such a large corporation and for them to give not just me but many people I know a horrible experience every time they go there is ridiculous. Their prices have gone up and you may as well go to subway or much more quality place for the same price now. Extremely disappointed after one aweful experience after another. How does such a big chain constantly be out of everything? Also i just received half a peice of cheese on my sandwhich.
