Store is clean and good size but the which they make is terrible, first of all did not make sandwich as per instructions and add onions after said no, as well as charge for avecado extra and did not add in sandwich. Did not add salt and paper as well as did not gave me sauce on side as asked. They took order very nice way but need to learn how to make sandwich as per instructions. I have 3 sandwich ordered, my kid did not eat and our exitement is dead of eating which. Never take any sandwich in future from here.

Stop before your order and drive across the street to the competitor. After taking my first bite of a $14 sandwich a long dark hair was pulled from my mouth and sub. This immediately caused my wife to puke all over her and her sandwich. I continued to try eat and found a total of 3 additional of these long hairs in my sub. I know most people would have tossed it but I’ve eaten worse. After the second hair was found sub was dissected to find what else was i could find. Will never go to the Pingree grove truck stop location again.

My boyfriend is highly satisfied with their sandwiches when we need something quick. I will get a grinder bowl with banana peppers added and no dressing. Pretty good quick meal on the run if you need it. Everyone that helps has always been very nice too.

I have issue with my stomach and have very few options of places to eat out with my family which can be depressing at times. I live in Hampshire and Which Wich has been a life saver to me. They offer gluten free options on all there sandwiches which you can make a bowl wich (a salad) and a cloud Wich (gluten free bread for any sandwich). I have tried two salads so far and will be back soon to try the sandwiches with gluten free bread. My kids are also picky eaters and they love it, they call it the sandwich shop. Also the rewards program is really nice and I got a free drink on my first visit.

Great experience! All of the young men working were very nice. The young man who took my order, Matthew, was awesome! It was my first time going to a Which Wich and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He paid so much attention to every detail. He also made my sandwiches and they were perfect. The ingredients tasted fresh and the sandwich had the perfect amount of ingredients. I had to stop myself from finishing it so I could take it to work for lunch tomorrow!

Well, I’m a customer of Witch Wich and have the app. I did not use the app today. Today I stopped in on the way back from Huntley. Two guys I wanted to try the gelato, for the first time. Asked for the big clear cup size. Rang me up for two shakes, then I told him I wanted just the two gelato, so we switched to the large paper cups. I paid about $11 with tax and all for both, was asked to pay a little more for the gelato, since I paid for shakes. I did. When got home with the gelatos, very unimpressed with the taste. My wife’s wasn’t at all creamy (strawberry banana) and had some ice on the surface of it. Mine was butter pecan and no buttery flavor at all like butter pecan ice creams. Overall the gelatos were very blah, I wont be back ordering that. The two boys could have also gave me my first order without asking me for the $1 more for both as well.

We stopped for a couple sandwiches and it was a complete waste and disappointment. We came in on a Sunday and the bread was old and dry. It actually cracked and broke into pieces when taking a bite. I ordered egg salad and the amount of egg salad was terrible and such a small amount on the stale bread. We won’t be back.

The sandwich (The Wicked) was nasty! The bread was VERY stale. The Assistant Manager that was helping make the sandwich moved a bottle of cleaning spray while she was waiting to add the toppings. Then carried the sandwich from one side to the other dropping cheese off of the sandwich on the floor. Which she then proceeded to pick up throwaway and grab new cheese and put on the sandwich and add on the toppings all with the exact same pair of gloves. Absolutely disgusting!! I do not recommend this place at all
