Went in with my two children to eat inside an hour and a half before they close and I was told that if I wanted to dine in, I had to sit outside. It’s July in Oklahoma so it feels like 100 degrees. She said she had to clean the lobby. I said yeah I understand but can you not just leave one table open for us to eat at and she said no. I asked but why not? It’s hot outside and you don’t close for another hour and a half, I said mam it’s like 100 outside she said oh well it’s 85 in here and I don’t care. So we left and another woman came out and verbally attacked us. Not sure if she was a customer or an employee. SERIOUSLY DO BETTER!!!! Who tells their customers they have to eat outside if they want to dine in during summer??? She had all the chairs up on the tables except for 2. Terrible customer service. We went down the street and spent our money at Subway!!

Worst one yet. Waited almost 15 mins pass when I was quoted they had no pickup orders up at all. Nasty water on the ground as soon as you walk in. I didn’t get acknowledged at all until I had enough and wanted to know about my order. They called every other person name for a pick up order and not mine and when I went to ask about it they had it already done but the name was facing them and then everyone got free drinks and chips and I didn’t. The food didn’t taste good at all looks thrown together has some chicken pieces in there and then a nasty tomato on the side with my food. I never wanna go back to this one highly disappointed I used my birthday points on this.

I have only been to one other jersey mikes and it was such a horrible disaster that I was VERY Leary of coming into any of them again !! However to my wonderful surprise this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sub style restaurant unlike the other jersey Mike’s that I had went into this one clean fresh. I had no nasty smell. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made sure to write down my order and get it made just the way I wanted. It was hot fresh and everyone was polite and even though I had somebody in front of me who had like four sandwiches they were making they still took the time to make sure that they kept the line going and got mine and the mail behind me sandwiches done as well. Very proud guys absolutely absolutely will recommend this specific patient to anyone who ever asks me about it. thank you for changing my opinion about Jersey Mike’s wonderful job guys. Excellent you should all get raises if I can give you the four stars or a star for the restaurants like they do to help more customers come in I will give you More

Huge shout out to employees at this location for going above and beyond to ensure gluten free safety! I’m so happy to be able to enjoy the entire menu due to them having the best gluten free bread. Very pleased! I will add the employees name whenever I go back next time and ask him. He deserves praise! He was training a new employee and was very thorough with gluten safety standards.
