I am a truck driver and was limited on options and parking as it was late at night. I called and spoke to Luke who said the dining room was closed but he was more than happy to help me if I walked through the drive-thru and ordered at the window. Luke was extremely kind and professional and it was such a pleasant experience. You don’t get that kind of customer service anymore. This kid needs a raise and a promotion. I’ll definitely be back! Customer service is becoming a lost art but this kid definitely gives me hope for the future. Thank you Luke for the awesome experience!

My daily Del fix put me on Dillon Rd near 10fwy. This location is cool because the foot traffic is from guests who are usually traveling. Lots of truck drivers and this is a nice mix of customers. The food was as it should be great, staff as well. But one complaint… NO MUSIC! Other locations owned by same franchise owner have the music on…get it on here please! You also claim to be open 24 hours yet the walk in customer is not… Fix it and hire more staff please!

I would choose to eat here any day of the week than anywhere else. Both times I’ve ate here were at night and I was attended by the best costumer service one can receive. Raymond, who seems to be the night shift team lead, is always on top of stuff. Although this night was busy, as I observed, he was able to take every order and before I knew it, every customer left satisfied and all while keeping the place spotless. I would rate this place and the customer service a 10/10

There was only 3 people, 1 on break and it was very busy. The food was fresh but had absolutely no flavor, at all. The employees were doing their job, staying busy but the food tasted gross. None of us 4 could eat it.
