Ladies working here are very nice but the food is literally not safe for consumption. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. There was bones all through the meat, and just looked fowl. Would probably never eat KFC again after this. Also very pricey to be fed food that would probably give me a some sort of food poisoning.

I stopped in this restaurant the evening of Sept. 26 2025… and first off, the employees completely ignored me while I stood at the counter to order and they were right on front of me pretty much just staring at the drive thru order screen and talking to other employees. The manager that was there was very loud cursing and complaining about orders. I also watched her grab cooked chicken in the back without gloves on packaging them! There were 3 other customers in the building also that were ignored. I ordered from the app to get my order and I waited over an hour before realizing my order was behind another pick up order. I usually don’t complain but it’s not hard to be kind and caring to customers at all… let alone to acknowledge them! I counted 14 employees working there at the time yet you can’t place an order?! I’ll never go there again! The prices are insane to begin with then you get horrible service… or maybe I should say no service and not so pleasant of an environment!

Went thru drive thru. Ordered 12 piece strip meal asking for sides as mashed, slaw, Mac n cheese. Had to pull up to wait 10 minutes. Got home and chicken was greasy and not completely cooked. The box was all wet with grease. Got charged extra for a small mac n cheese. Very disappointed in food and service. Had to put chicken in oven to finish cooking it.

Went through the drive thru yesterday. Ordered to just to be asked every second to every word I said, anything else? Get to the window to not a greeting of hi but, a cranky teenager. Received our drinks without any ice to make them cold. No napkins, silverware, and gravy on the potatoes when we didn’t want gravy. Absolutely a waste of time all around.

Ordered the $20 fill up. Who ever packs the orders needs to try eating what they pack. The bucket had chicken on the bottom, biscuits on top, then the lid was crammed down on top, effectively smashing the biscuits.
Ordered an 8-piece meal of extra-crispy, got regular, ordered 8-piece strips, gave me the sides, but no chicken strips.
Tried them again, got most of the order, however when they give you the mashed potatoes, wouldn’t it be a clue that gravy should go in the bag too. Last time for these guys. I hope when Chick-fil-e opens nearby, that it runs this store out of business!!!

MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THAT ALL ITEMS ON THE ORDER ARE IN THE BAG.

I didn’t really like my experience my chicken tasted like it sat all day long I paid $50 for a 16 piece family meal I told the lady three times I wanted mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese got home and had coleslaw don’t eat the coleslaw at all waste of money

First issue, the app and website keep resetting while I’m trying to place my order and even while I’m leaving this review. Which is now going to get copied and pasted in case of another meltdown. My order which was supposed to be the Meal for Two Sandwiches and 4 tenders: 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches, 4 tenders, kfc and comeback sauce, fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, Starry and Dr. Pepper with cream. It got reset to 2 classics, mac’n cheese, 2 pepsi’s.
2nd issue, what’s the KFC policy regarding locking the door? My boyfriend was attempting to pick up our order when chickadee locked the door.
3rd issue and this is one I stress to the staff at the restaurant I work at. Why wasn’t the order double checked? Got the 2 sandwiches, the kfc and comeback sauces, the fries, the mac’n cheese, 2 pepsi’s with straws. Where are my chicken tenders? Or how about a fork for the mac’n cheese? Here I am about to eat it with my fingers since I’m finally hungry 7 hours after clocking out. How about a napkin for the big child who wanted me happily fed and not biting his head off? The lovely line on the kitchen chit that is on my plastic bag that says “your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by:” is so extremely blank that Casper can be seen through it.

Both drinks, one diet and one regular we’re so disgustingly flat you couldn’t drink them. Only the drive through was open so, of course, a woman pulls up right next to me complaining that there was hair on her food that they just gave her. So instead of saying please pull off to the side and we’ll get you all taken care of, this is what i stared at for ten minutes while waiting for them to take care of her complaint. Oh, and of course, I ordered extra biscuits, don’t know if I paid for them or not because I didn’t get a receipt, but I can certainly report that I didn’t get them. I seriously hate fast food drive throughs nowadays. They ALWAYS forget something.
