I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I figured I couldn’t go wrong at Panera. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. At the White Bridge Road location in Nashville, I tried ordering a breakfast sandwich, but every single one I named, they said they didn’t have the ingredients. When I commented on how everything was out, the employee snapped back that the manager knew and she said it with an attitude which was surprisingly. She also said the manager knew about it. So I went inside to speak with the manager, and he greeted me with an aggressive expression before I even said a word. As I explained what happened, he just stared at me with a rude, dismissive attitude and repeated that they were “out of everything.” It was clear both of them had already spoke about me before I entered the building.
The unprofessional behavior from both the employee and the manager was disappointing and unacceptable. I ended up calling and making an official complaint on their complaint line because the experience was that awful. Panera had been a family favorite for years, but this experience has clearly made me aware that this was not the place for me any more.

Everywhere All the time
Easy to get to, plenty of parking, near other shopping sites. Clean, friendly service. Had the bacon with egg white on brioche bun. Also had cinnamon bagel.

I walked by Paneras this morning, the parking lot is so Good clear of Snow and Ice as in totally NOT Slipery, Verrrrrry Safe Guys, and The Coffee good nice and hit so as tea and cocoa?, Baked goods extraordinary, soups heavenly, Bagels toasted (option) with butter, honey,very wholesome, salads great also and sandwiches 1st class, you can also plug in at every table and the don’t try to run you through like cattle, come and stay for a little, study , work, it’s all goid

Shout out to the happy go lucky people at this location! Everyone was cheering and happy to be there. Service was fast and friendly. AND they have my cheese soufflé all day (unlike the crappy 21st Ave location). 10/10 recommend this location! Keep up the great work!

This Panera needs help!!!! I’m a club member and visit Panera locations all over the country. I stopped in here to grab lunch but decided to only do a tea due to the cleanliness of the store. I understand busy times but this location has multiple issues. The main doors were broken and everyone had to enter and exit through a side door. Once inside most of the tables were dirty and things were piled everywhere. The drink station was a mess and the ice machine was inoperable. No signs about this but there was an open pitcher with ice from the back.

If I could rate this negative stars I would! First off, I was not greeted, spoken to or thanked when I went in to get my order. The only person who looked at me was an employee clocking out and his manager saying goodbye to him as he left, yet the manager still said nothing to me. I hope Felix had a great rest of the day. Second, I ordered the full sized green goddess chicken cobb with no bacon that I paid $11 for. I received a half sized green goddess salad WITH bacon on it. My fiancé ordered a half sized green goddess chicken salad that had NO chicken in it and had several chunks of avocado shell in it. In a time such as now where every single penny I spend really matters to me, and I know every single penny restaurants make really matters, this is absolutely offensive and inexcusable. If this is the quality of their attention to detail I can only imagine how seriously they’re taking sanitizing precautions at this time. I will never go back to a Panera in my life.

I have not been to this location in a long time because they always used to mess up our office’s lunch orders. However, I was craving a salad today and thought I would give them another shot. The associate was kind but the portions are SO. TINY. (See photos for expectations versus reality).
I was used to getting an actual full salad with lots of toppings, and today I basically received a few condiments that barely covered the bottom of the small bowl. What I used to get was even more than the photo Panera currently has on their menu. Will NOT be back to pay over $11 for some lettuce and a few small slivers of chicken.
