I stayed at a hotel across the street from this location and came in every single day for 8 days to get my morning coffee and sometimes breakfast too. The drive through was always crazy fast, faster than I think I’ve experienced anywhere else. The people are friendly, the food and coffee are yummy! Honestly, Tims makes the best cold brew. I totally recommend adding it to your coffee routine if you want quick, quality service and Tims good food!

This store has shown great improvement in the recent months. Staff has been friendlier, store cleaner, and food and drinks have come out fresh and properly made. If you have had a bad experience with this store in the past, I urge you to give it another try now that it is under new management. I was very impressed and satisfied. Keep up the great work!

We frequent this Tim Hortons because it’s close to our house. Both me and my wife have worked in the restaurant service industry for many years My wife always has a smile on her face and ask how’s your day going. The girl working the window had her beats headphones on. Not one word came out her mouth. Not a smile as she looked at me and my wife in disgust. While the coffee was hot the service was horrendous. Problem is this has happened multiple times at this location. If you don’t want to work serving people; find another job. If I had time I would have went in and talked to manager. But we will just take our businesses and money someplace else.

It takes a special place to mess up pre-made cappuccinos but if theres anyone who can do it its this location. Terrible customer service. Spent 20$ on coffee that tasted like it had been sitting for hours. 3 French vanilla cappuccinos that tasted like muddy water with burnt espresso. Im almost impressed at how they could royally screw up something so basic and effortless. So next time you wanna throw money out the window and be disappointed then come on down! I promise theyll deliver every time.

We went at 7:37pm, they close at 8. They locked their door, we proceeded to the drive through where she asked “what do you want” in a rude tone. We asked if she had any donuts and she said no immediately. We asked her what does she have, she said nothing. I said that’s impossible, she told me I can get a cookie. Very rude, and disappointing as Tim Hortons is one of my favorite coffee shops.

I recently visited a Tim Hortons store, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfying. The service felt slow, and my order wasn’t prepared correctly. The doughnuts didn’t taste as fresh as expected, and the food seemed a bit below the usual Tim Hortons standard.
The atmosphere also felt less welcoming than usual, and it seemed like the location was understaffed or unorganized during my visit. Overall, it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, and I left disappointed.
