Went for breakfast on a Sunday I tried to order through the mobile app but it switched to the lunch menu in the middle of my order @ 10:15Am I tried to call the store repeatedly to have them make my breakfast sandwich no one would answer then after my 7th time calling they took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call anymore when I got there and asked for my breakfast sandwich at the drive thru I was told by Shiela that I could “go order somewhere else” to say this statement did not go over well is an understatement.

Manager Sabrina was very unprofessional and should not be in customer service with the attitude she has. I don’t know if it was a bad day for her but I was in a good mood until I was in your Wendy’s in Tappahannock. You just lost a valuable customer.

The workers in wendys need to start listening to custmers to get the orders right it was around 5 pm tonight i put in to orders and they cant even get the orders right asked for a daves double burger and i get a chicken sandwich and then i order a chicken sandwich for my self and cheese fries and i didnt even get them and to ask for my cheese fries and they gave me a med fri with a small container of cheese. ..and i had to go back to get daves double and was not happy about that thabk god i dont live that far away ..your employees need to get there stuff to gether and stop talking and pay attention store number was 5194 and i spent 31.24 in food

Awful experience over an hour from closing. They had no food ready and were not serving customers for over 10 minutes in the lobby. I asked for a drink since I’ve been waiting so long and was told it would be coming and then just left the cup, sitting there and never made the drink.

Customer service was horrible. Had to pull aside to wait for food for 22 mins and then it came out cold. When we complained to the Manager Sabrina she said she didn’t have time to deal with it because she was handling rush. Which wasn’t true because she had been sitting outside in her car and the cashier had to call her cell phone several times to get her to come inside to take care of us. She then threatened to call the police when I told her I didn’t care about her rush because we were customers too. She had a horrible attitude and didn’t give me the GMs information when I asked for it. I would give this location a negative star if I could. I asked for a refund and she said she refunded me but she claimed the receipt printer was broken so she couldn’t prove she gave me a refund. I should’ve tried Burger King instead.

Stopped in for a late lunch after shopping. Staff was taking care of drive thru but eventually waited on me. Young ladies first priority seemed to be chatting with each other. Interior seating was like a school cafeteria. No fixed furniture, just rows of tables and cbairs. No napkins or ketchup was avaiable except at the register are. Not a typical experience.

Cashier was pleasant but got my order incorrect and I was given the wrong food, even after repeating my order twice. Burgers have always been delish at this site, but I haven’t been here for quite a while,, and this time it was overcooked and dry and fries were cold. Disappointing experience.

I love Wendy’s….OR DID. My last two visits through the drive through have been disasters. First visit, the guy tried to be cutsey and kept talking over me. I was ordering for myself and a friend. If he wasn’t being cutsey, he was joking with a coworker, not listening to my order, which forced me to repeat EVERYTHING I said 2-3 times before he got it. Tonight, I stopped in again, ordering for myself and a friend. We’d been in Richmond all day and didn’t feel like cooking. The guy working the window was absolutely RUDE. I specifically SAID I wanted a Biggie bag. The sandwiches he asked about weren’t even IN what I wanted. I had to explain THREE times (he kept talking over me and interrupting) what I was trying to order and that if he would stop talking long enough he’d understand what I was ordering. His response was “I’m not arguing with you anymore. You know that’s $6.00?” I’m 66 years old. I graduated high school and went to college. I’m quite capable of reading AND understanding a simple menu. The young lady who handed the order had the personality of a wet sock. Not even a thank you. It’s a shame this is the best the public can be offered.

I just went to this location and bought a Wendy’s baconator somebody should sue Wendy’s for false advertisement because it does not look anything like the picture. In the picture there’s bacon hanging off all over , Not my sandwich they cut back on the meat. They cut back on the bacon. I got one slice of bacon and the patties were so dry. good thing I ordered a large drink.Because that was the driest hamburger i’ve ever eaten i just gave this Wendy’s location a second chance. It was another mistake. I think I might have to quit eating at Wendy’s period I don’t know what happened to hot and juicy fresh hamburger but it aint here.
