Absolutely despicably rude management whose goal is to provide guests with an experience that will leave them no choice but to come on here and leave a bad review. I put in a mobile order 30 minutes before breakfast ended and checked in 5 minutes prior. As I pulled through the drive thru the staff said hold on a moment as they would need to check if they could complete my order since it was 10:31 when I was talking to them. I told them I placed the order 20 minutes ago and the manager came on the loud speaker a rudely stated that they can’t do my order because I checked in a minute late. The manager made absolutely no effort to provide me with an alternative. Hands down the worst manager I’ve come in contact with.

I feel bad for the workers at McDonald’s seems like as a company they have no interest in keeping up with appearances. Most of the restaurants you go to are run down and dirty. I’m sure understaffing is part of the reason but they need to figure it out. Usually the food is still good.

Avoid this place. Placed an order on the app. When I got there I was told to pull into parking spot and wait. After 20 minutes I got nothing. I went back through the drive through and had to explain no one gave me food. They fumbled their way to figure out what my order was to give me a refund and gave a half assed apology.

This is my favorite McDonald’s in the canton area. The workers are polite, food comes out fast and the restaurant is clean and up to date. I go out of my way to get food here when I want McDonald’s.

Ordered new chicken stripe lol, they were harder than times were in the 20s. Fries cold, and double quarter pounder was a cheeseburger. Just horrible………

It took 15 mins to get my food. I have a 4 min drive home and it was cold. Ridiculous. The coffee was hot and good.
