Multiple times we go to the drive thru and they give us half of the order and charge us the full order. We are always missing an entire meal, a burger, it’s always a lot and the receipts say they charged it. EXTREMELY ANNOYED WITH THIS

Owner of this restaurant cares only about money and not a customer service oriented individual. One of his employees (older heavy set woman with glasses) discriminated my relative for being handicapped and discriminated me for being pregnant calling me, “big broad” to the customers inside the restaurant. She has absolutely nothing to do with the incident. The owner just gave her a slap on the wrist and didn’t seem to care that she was discriminatory. This employee is lucky that Im not the individual to attack her physically in the day and age we live in. This owner doesn’t deserve a tenth of a penny of business. He was non chalant and very dismissive. He even defended the discrimination. Absolutely disgusting! Go elsewhere and stay away!

Went the other week to grab some bags of ice, as I’ve done it before at others Wendy’s.
I went in and asked for the 5 bags and the guy behind the counter, who was pretty high out of his mind, stared at me like I had 2 heads. I had to tell him 3 times what i wanted and then he asked his manager who said you get bags of ice when you purchase food.
So I got food and said I wanted the 5 bags of ice and he nodded. Didn’t charge me for them, so i assumed it had changed and you just needed a food purchase to get them.
So I waited, i was given my food and he started to wander off and i asked about the bags of ice and he just looked at me so confused. He then handed 5 empty ice bags and told me have a good day.
I had to stop him and say I need the ice too. He looked so confused. Eventually a woman came by and started bagging ice then some other random guy came over and asked if i purchased them.
I told him i was told they came with a purchase of food and he began arguing with me about hoe that was wrong. I pointed to the stoned kid and the guy who told him about it and I was told oh well thats the manager so i cant do anything.
The fact they have someone stoned out of his mind at the register, a manager who doesn’t know his own pricing and then a random othet employee telling me something completely different is insane. If you work somewhete, it’s not hard to learn your stores pricing.
I told him to return the food and drink I purchased, as that was obviously a lie to just get me to buy something. They did the return looking annoyed and when I asked for a receipt for the return to make sure i had it, the guy sighed annoyed at me.
Staff needs to learn their own menu and not be high on the job.

We came today at 7:00 pm and if the manager of this location reads this the young man working the drive-thru was extremely rude. No smile, thank you or anything, just a scowl when we asked for ketchup. Very disappointed you didn’t have the garlic Parmesan saucy nuggets….how does a national chain that is managed correctly run out of a sauce? The fries were soggy also, the only thing that was good was the son of baconator. Almost forgot to add, the sodas tasted like chlorine.

Wendys is always good for a quick bite. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Sour Cream and Chive baked potato and it was delicious.

Order on mobile app, came to pick it up released once we got to the car we were missing one ten piece nuggets. Came back Desiree was super super sweet about it and gave us cookies for the inconvenience. We both used to work in a food industry so we totally understand that mistakes happen especially during rushes, Desiree was a sweetheart about the whole thing though. I appreciate everything she’s done for us she is the sweetest.
