Very disappointing experience — I would give zero stars if that were an option. The dine-in tables were not cleaned. When we requested someone to clean our table, we were told there was no cleaner available and that we would need to clean it ourselves. When we asked if they were sure no one could help and mentioned that customers typically don’t clean their own tables, the lady at the counter responded, “In this restaurant, we do.” She was rude and unwelcoming throughout.

The food was average at best. In the veg dum biryani, the paneer pieces were burnt, and we even found a strand of hair in the biryani. Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth a repeat visit.

Great portions and amazing meat to rice ratio. Very flavorful and the right amount of spice to get a little sweat going. Got it delivered, but packaging kept the biryani very warm. Tasty raita to balance out the flavors. Will definitely order again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Biryani Bowl in Redmond, Washington. I ordered a chicken dish, and the chicken was not fresh it smelled bad and tasted unpleasant, so I couldn’t finish the meal. What made the experience worse was that when I brought this to the management’s attention, they seemed least bothered and did not address the concern seriously. This was very concerning and unacceptable. I hope the restaurant improves both food quality and customer service.

I’ve tried their chicken dum biryani and butter chicken. Both are very delicious with perfect amounts of spices for our South Asian taste pallets.
The quantity of food is also very good for the price you are paying for it. I always do take out and food is always ready within 20 min. The staff is not very friendly, they are not rude, but they don’t smile. I think it’s because they get a lot of customers and are always busy with fulfilling the orders

WORST experience ever.
We have been eating Chicken 65 biryani from this place for years now. It used to serve Amazing Chicken 65 biryanis. We used to order 3-4 times from here every month as it was our go to place for biryani.
Recently (4-5 months) the biryanis here have turned pathetic. They smell a lot and have pathetic after taste. Not sure if they have changed their cook or started using low quality chicken, but the biryani is undeniably inedible.

I am not writing this review after one such instance of bad and foul tasting biryani, but atleast 4 such instance where the food directly went to dustbin. We used to love this place so much that we gave it multiple chances before writing this review.

PATHETIC. Sheer negligence from owner. Never going back here. I had to call the people, I have recommended this place in the past, to advise to eat from this place on our recommendation.

The food at this place was absolutely delicious. The biryani was perfectly cooked with aromatic spices. The chicken tikka was juicy and tender. The Mysore bonda was cripsy on the outside, soft inside and tasted fresh and authentic.

The service was equally impressive. Highly recommended this place anyone looking for great food.

Biryani Bowl is a self-service Indian restaurant that truly impresses with its taste and value. The portion sizes are generous for the price, making it a great option if you’re craving something satisfying without overpaying. We tried the chicken biryani and chicken tikka, and both were absolutely delicious—perfectly spiced and cooked just right.

We liked the food so much that we went back a second time during our trip, which speaks volumes about the quality and consistency. It’s one of those places you’ll want to revisit just for the flavors.

The only drawback is the limited parking space, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours. If they can address the parking issue, we can easily see this place becoming one of the top go-to Indian restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend it for a quick, tasty meal!

One of the worst food I have it, ordered vijawada chiken biryan. They just mixed the chicken with rice no vijayawada style. Also ordered the goat curry and they gave me chicken curry. Not sure either the owner is chnaged or cook is changed. Its pathetic now.

They don’t maintain consistency especially vijayawada BL Biryani is like pulihora once, biryani once and sometimes tastes like chicken curry and rice.

I guess this is the only place with a decent Mysore bonda. This is a fully self service restaurant. Went here for brunch and had some naan and curries too. Andhra chicken curry and palak paneer were okay.
The sad part is that we were charged extra for more chutney but the amount of chutney served will in no way he sufficient for the bondas we get in a serving.
