Amici is a genuine gem in Spalding. From the moment you step through the door, the warm welcome and relaxed yet classy atmosphere set the tone. The service is spot-on… attentive without being intrusive… and the food… simply outstanding.
Every dish feels carefully crafted with real attention to flavour, freshness, and presentation. The quality is undeniable and the value is excellent for what you get. I’m someone who happily travels up to two and a half hours for a good meal, and I’ve eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants… Amici truly holds its own among them.
I live around half an hour away and I can honestly say it’s more than worth the journey. In fact, I don’t think Peterborough has anything that comes close. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the food itself, this restaurant delivers a dining experience that’s both special and memorable.
If you appreciate good food and a restaurant that really gets it right, Amici deserves to be at the very top of your list.

The most awesome Christmas and every day restaurant we’ve experienced, particularly amazing was all our family to come to spend very special time together with the most outstandingly delicious top quality cooked food always delicious and exciting to experience new dishes, very cosy caring attentive service and relaxing welcoming atmosphere with wonderful busy vibe and always great staff to serve us . I’ve been living in the area for two years and finally decided to stop by with my daughter — and what a great surprise! You can really taste that everything is made with love. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though I couldn’t try many dishes, the ones we had were fantastic. Totally worth it!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, full of authentic Italian flavours and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. The family who own and run it are lovely people; friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about cooking food that their parents made for them. You can tell everything is homemade and it tasted delicious too. A true gem that I can’t recommend highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very nice place. Even the chef comes out to greet all his guests. The food was the best we have had in a long time. They had 2 servers and a manager overlooking the entire FOH area. One really good Italian beer on tap with plenty of wine and other bottled options available. The menu is well laid out. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a wonderful meal with top notch service.

Myself and 3 friends were in Spalding for the night (playing golf the next day) . We were looking for a pub with good ‘pub grub’ . After checking out a few pubs we stumbled on Amici. What a find! The restaurant was buzzing when we entered and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were taken promptly to our table. Whilst deciding the head chef/ owner popped out to say hello. A friendly , professional guy. He recommended some dishes, which we ordered. We were not disappointed. Freshly made with great ingredients , taste and flavour. We had a lovely bottle of Primativo to go with the food. We couldn’t have been happier. The Head Chef came out to check our food was good, although I think he knows he creates some great dishes. The food was ace, the service spot on and atmosphere warm and friendly. The only pity is we don’t live nearer Spalding so that we could come more regularly. I would highly recommend and if any of us are in Spalding again, we will be revisiting. Great job by you and all the team

Well worth the visit. I took star of because of tiramisu – it seems that it worsened slightly. Its too sweet, and cream is not fluffy as it used to be and as should be. It was beautiful earlier. However, everything else is perfect and we will be back soon
