Big shout-out to the Starbucks morning crew! They’re always so sweet and start my day off right. Even when the line is crazy, they’re patient, friendly, and always get my drink just how I like it. They make the drive-thru feel warm and welcoming every single morning. They’re honestly the reason I keep coming back.

The employes always make me feel like im welcomed and they are so kind!!. The atmosphere is actually clean. Sometimes they make my drink wrong but they apologise like a 100 times and make it even better. Love this place, love the workers. God bless yall

If I could give 0 stars I would. (Drive through order 1/20 11:50am) I was not greeted I was rushed while ordering when I got to the window I ordered more than 2 drink she started handing me the drinks again no greeting at all I asked for a cup carrier she acted as if that inconvenienced her gave me the carrier then my last drink then dropped my charge in my hand didn’t hand it to me literally dropped it mid air into my hand and the. Shut the door no have a good day no anything. I didn’t get a receipt nothing. For Starbucks prices I’d expect some kind of decent customer service

I order a caramel Frappuccino With extra caramel that I paid for. I received my drink with just a little caramel around the cup, and a little bit of caramel on top of the whipped cream. And I told the lady that I order extra caramel and it showed on my receipt, she had got an attitude. I asked, can I get a little of caramel in a cup so I could pour into my drink she came back with the same attitude and with a the caramel that barely cover the bottle of cup then closed the window in my face. For now on I will be driving over to Grand for my Starbucks.

Starbucks at Willow and 294 – sat in the site thru line for 20 minutes. Ordered 3 drinks only. Worst service. Order taking was hot mess. Came to the window to ask if we were using a personal cup. No one ever mentioned a personal cup. 2/7/26 1:15-1:45. 2 minutes more and we would have been made late for our destination. Get it together.

Worst Starbucks e presence ever. I stood at the counter with two bags of coffee for almost 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Finally ordered a drink and waited another long time. The samewoman handed me the drink and didn’t say a word. I know she could speak since she had to explain how to ting up my coffee bags. Shame on you!

-brought to employee’s attention. “I’ll make you another one” with a straight face & flat affect.
– replacement drink made quickly but no service recovery & acknowledgement of the mistake. No “I’m sorry, here you go”. Just places new drink on counter & walks away bothered like I’m the one who made the mistake.
Please work on providing a warm & friendly experience when customers choose to spend money in your store.

I visit family frequently in Waukegan, I live in another state and in my town I go to Starbucks frequently and it’s always great, I offered to treat everyone to this Starbucks, (780 Lakehurst drive Waukegan Illinois)wished I hadn’t, we went through the drive thru, I ordered a Strawberry refresher with water instead of lemonade ( order them frequently at home) they handed it to me I took a sip and it tasted like they put in some super sweet syrup of some kind so I politely requested a different one, the next one was bitter, I told the lady at the window, I watched her walk over pour out some of my drink and add tap water ( ) of course it was horrible, got poured out,my son ordered a hot drink I don’t recall what specific drink, he is not a picky person at all, he had to toss it after drinking part of it as he stated there was sickening sweet syrup in the bottom, I have drank Starbucks in every state I’ve been in and never had terrible drinks or service like this, going back to Waukegan next week I will definitely revisit the location on Grand avenue as I ordered there several days in a row and it was great every time, great drinks, great service and great attitude at the location on Grand avenue, perhaps they could teach the staff at this location.
