Bartender brought drinks out, 1 had a large hair in it, the other 2/3 full. Eventually got a new drink for the hair in it. Server brought food out, I asked if a 2/3 full drink was standard. She looked at me like she didn’t even know what a drink was, and that there was nothing she could do. Realized the cheese steak I ordered without onions, came with lots of onions (receipt shows the order went through correctly). Upon trying it and realizing it was onion-full, asked the bartender (when he came back with the hair-less drink) if I could get another. Watched him tell our server about it and she didn’t come back out to help and we never got correct food. Overall, the staff acted like there was literally no possibility of helping the customer. Side note – table was not clean either. Every aspect of dining experience was bad.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Best In Games (B.I.G.) entertainment center and I must say, it was an experience like no other and one I did not expect!
Not only does it offer a diverse selection of games that cater to both the young and old, but it also houses Rocko’s Bar and Grill, a hidden gem for food enthusiasts. Move over Dave and Buster’s, the B.I.G. is coming for your market share in this gaming category!
I was pleasantly surprised by their mouth-watering chicken tacos, which arguably are the best in town. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, tender, made fresh daily according to their manager, and coupled with fresh toppings, making each bite a delightful explosion of flavors. It’s a culinary masterpiece that one should not miss out on!
Even if you’re not into games, I would highly recommend dropping by B.I.G. entertainment center just for the scrumptious food at Rocko’s. It’s a perfect spot to unwind with friends and family while enjoying an exceptional meal. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My husband and I visited BIG for the second time yesterday. We had a great date night. We ate at Rocko’s bar and grill, our server was Sam. She was great!
My husband liked the ordering system. We ordered by using the computers by the host/hostess. Then you pay with them, and they let you pick where to sit and your food is delivered to you!
We didn’t know a robot would bring our food out to us, so that was a nice surprise. The food was also great. I got the southwest egg rolls ( the cute heart stick was a great touch) the five cheese cheesy bread, and my husband got the fish tacos. We will definitely be back again.

I got their grilled chicken Cesar wrap minus the lettuce, buffalo sauce & tomato. The chicken was foul and dry as hell. The wrap fell apart so easily. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Great food, methinks. Good prices. Tasty drinks with a large selection too. Food and drink ordering is via digital stations, which is weirdly better. No hassle. Futuristic even.
Lots to do. Plenty of places to sit upstairs or down. It is Loud. The loudest place. Upstairs it’s slightly less loud. And there’s a pool table that’s usually free and many arcade games and pinball too.
Good service as well, but they are usually quite under-staffed. Employees are polite and seem to keep their cool even when they’re swamped.
Drinks come out right away usually, and the kitchen is surprisingly quick. I have tried the nachos, fries, traditional wings, two types of burgers and a few other things. Never once had a problem, darn good food, especially for a kid’s arcade slash bar grill.

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been driving by this place for years and never knew it was so cool inside. 3 bars, two arcades, bowling ,Putt-Putt, laser tag.. much more as well. The food is really really good too. All the workers were really nice, I met one lady named Felicia she was really really nice. Definitely going back here!

Reading reviews about this place did not prepare me for a restaurant inside a giant arcade building. The food was good for a place like this. They have a no tipping policy so the cost of your food is your cost. You order from a kiosk and then take a seat while they bring you your food. But I wasn’t prepared for the arcade surrounding the restaurant which was a nice unexpected bonus.

Got there wasn’t even greeted and they don’t even explain how anything works there. Scared to ask for help with the attitudes there. The prices are ridiculous lol literally they got such an easy job to make a pizza and forgot a couple of the toppings, not only that food came cold. Go to play games and we spent $20 just for only two of the games to work!!! Like what?? If I could I would’ve gotten a refund for the circus they performed. My favorite part is they brag on their drinks and I ask for a lemon drop martini which is ON THEIR MENU the bartender asks what that is lmao what a joke
