The staff here is very friendly! Dale took our order through the drive thru and was so nice and funny. He made our drive thru experience great and had us laughing when we drove away.

A decent Arby’s in mid Michigan.
I have not been to an Arby’s in years. I have never really been a huge fan of their food. Except those curly fries, those are dynamite!
This one didn’t really change my mind about the food. The meat always has a weird artificial taste to it. Dem fries tho, mmm mmm.
The service was good and overall it was a clean location. We did have a mocha coffee milkshake thing, and it was really good.
I can’t give a recommendation either way as it’s really not for me.
Unless we talking ’bout dem fries.

Arby’s website says that all restaurants are participating in free classic roast beef sandwich for veterans but when I went there I was informed that the one on South Saginaw Rd in Midland Michigan is not. That’s pretty bad they can’t even update their website so people don’t drive over there for anything I will not eat at that location again!!!!!

Very disappointed. My father went there to get food and the girl up front was rude and gave him attitude. He drove home and found out his bun was burnt. I had to drive all the way over there to get a new sandwich. I showed the girl the bun and she gave me attitude. She was rude… I don’t know who would want someone like that in their work place. Aleast the guy on the phone was nice. Never going to this place again.
