Amey was a great server, very friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him about Indian culture & cuisine. The food was superb, some of the best I’ve had, and table settings and atmosphere elegant. I’ll definitely stop by here again the next time I’m passing through Tupelo.

Wish there were 10 stars! From the minute you walk in- a beautiful restaurant with fantastic service. The menu is extensive and the descriptions are listed under the names of each dish. They will explain any dish that you may be interested in to assist you in making your selection. They have appetizers, soups, salads, naan, entrees with beef, lamb, chicken, goat and paneer. Vegetarian items too. For dessert they offer in house made ice cream and other tasty items. Good wine and beer selection.
We tried the Samosas- tasty pastry stuffed with potatoes and peas. They were excellent.
Lamb kebabs were very flavorful and served on top of sizzling vegetables. The Saag is a creamy spinach dish, served with basmati rice and it was so good. The biriyani is a lovely rice dish that is topped with a pastry and baked ( you can get it with lamb, beef, chicken or goat).
All entrees are very large and easy to share. The garlic naan is outstanding.
If you want to try something new or if you already love Indian cuisine, you will love Namaste!

Namaste was amazing! We came on Valentines night so it was very busy and we waited 2hours. I would give the service 5 stars because of our waiter Sam, who was top tier, but the host stand was very disappointing there was no organization and very little communication. I know for sure we were skipped multiple times even though my husband kept going back to check on our wait time. Thanks to Sam, our waiter, our night was saved and food came in a timely manner. “Everything was exquisite” in the words of my son. So, it safe to say that we will be coming back. And again THANK YOU SAM!

This has truly become our favorite restaurant in Tupelo, and we try everything! I’ve been about 5 times, and could probably go every day of the week and never get tired of it. We just went again on Valentine’s Day so of course it was very busy, but everyone was so friendly and the service was fantastic! Although we did have to wait a bit even with a reservation, they can’t control how long guests stay, and they’re not usually packed like that either. I honestly felt bad for the servers and some of what they had to deal with… Our waitress was V I believe (could’ve been B if I misheard, sorry!) and she was so friendly and accommodating, and even though we know she had no control over wait times or how busy and chaotic it was, and it was never needed, she apologized several times for it. We always get amazing service and they’re always happy to answer any questions about the menu items if you’re unfamiliar, and they’re very good about customization if you want something taken off or changed. If you don’t know what to get: the butter chicken, malai kebab (ask for the creamy garlic sauce), and naan are all great!

Every time we leave this place we start talking about when we can come back! We’ve been to Namaste at least 3 times and our food has always been fantastic! Everyone there is so friendly and caring, last time Ash recommended us the Orange Ice cream, and it’s now our favorite dessert. Over all I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

First time in Tupelo, Mississippi and stopped in Namaste Indian Cuisine while charging my EV next door. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a cold beverage and authentic Indian food. Facility is highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Completely enjoyed the evening. Thank you.

Very clean, fresh setup with golden silverware.
Waitress was very patient and walked us through types of Indian cuisine which we were not connoisseurs. I’m not big on too much spice and had the butter chicken which was warm that built on itself but was not overbearing. My wife had the buffet which was brought to the table and more of a large “sampler” which allowed her to choose the heat she wanted.
Price is commiserate with atmosphere and amount of food they bring you. Overall, great atmosphere, good food and fantastic service which we will go experience again.

As an Indian missing desi flavors in Tupelo, Namaste nailed it! Their biryani is pure magic—fluffy basmati, rich spices, tender meat/veggies, with that perfect zing. Served in a fun, unique way like a surprise feast. 5 stars
