Sasha’s was an absolute vibe. The décor is gorgeous, the atmosphere feels effortlessly chic, and you can sit indoors or outdoors depending on your mood. Either way, it’s a lovely place to relax and pretend you’re a sophisticated world traveler instead of someone who just came for snacks and wine.

The World Tour cheese plate sampler was delicious and absolutely worth ordering. A little edible passport across the globe. Every bite felt like a tiny vacation.

Now, the bruschetta… well… let’s just say it arrived wearing a little too much makeup. It was overloaded, a bit watery, slightly soggy, and there were a lot of tomatoes involved. Also, I have questions about the red onion situation. Who invited red onion to bruschetta? Was there a vote? Did anyone object? I’m still investigating this!

But honestly, none of that could ruin the evening because the service was fantastic. The bartenders were wonderful and Jay was especially great. Friendly, attentive, and I’m just going to say it… the man smelled amazing. Good service and good cologne should honestly be listed on the menu.

Overall, great ambiance, great people, great cheese. We’ll absolutely be back… though the bruschetta might want to take a little sabbatical before its next performance.

This is my favorite location of Sasha’s – it has an awesome patio, first and second floor/rooftop seating that is just, a total vibe. When it’s nice outside there is a small wait if you don’t have reservations but not too bad. The service is always excellent.

The food is very close in comparison to the Sasha’s on Shaw; of course our favorite sweet wine to accompany. This location is relatively central in Clayton Delmar area but on a tight street, street parking might be hard to find.

Overall, such an excellent option for a date night, girls night outs, just drinks, etc.

Sasha’s on DeMun delivers exactly what a neighborhood wine bar should: confident food, a thoughtful beverage list, and an easygoing patio vibe. The standout at my visit was the French dip—served on a crisp, well-toasted baguette with generously seasoned, tender roast beef. The au jus had real depth (beefy, not overly salty) and elevated every bite. Portion size was satisfying without being heavy, and the plating was tidy.

Service was attentive and professional—waters stayed full, pacing was relaxed, and the staff knew the menu. The patio is comfortable for a leisurely lunch, and the marble-topped tables add a touch of polish. If there’s a quibble, it’s that the sandwich could use a small side (greens or fries) to round out the plate, but the quality of the main more than compensates.

Overall, a reliable, classy spot for a casual meal or a glass of wine with elevated café fare. I’d happily return—especially for that French dip.

Came for the second time with some friends. I get why it’s a popular spot! The wine selection is huge and the vibe is always nice. Great for date night or girls night to catch up. I always get the nonalcoholic rose and it’s so good. We sat outside this time with no wait which was great, but it was super hot. Still a nice atmosphere though! We started with the cheeseboard which was more on the basic side than I expected, but we still ate the whole thing. Also got a pizza, the brie sandwich, and another sandwich between all of us and everything tasted great and exactly how it was described in the menu. The service this time wasn’t the best. Our waiter brought the wrong food to our table and I ended up having to hand it to the table next to us myself after asking if it was theirs. He barely checked in on us and would only take a couple plates away even when the table was full of empty dishes. Not a huge deal but just felt kind of not taken care of. The other staff were so nice though I think they were managers and they were way more attentive.

Cheesecake was pretty neautral and I wouldn’t get it again. Nothing was wrong, but nothing was extra about it. Maybe a little too soft. But the potato croquette bites that come as a side make me obsessed. So good!!

It’s definitely on the pricier side, but I still like it overall. I’ll be back and next time I want to try the crepes again!

Our dining experience at this restaurant was rather disappointing. Although they offered an extensive selection of wines, the food was merely average. The service we received from our initial server was decent, but an unfortunate incident with another staff member left us feeling disconcerted.

While I was still in the process of enjoying my meal, a lady abruptly approached our table and, without giving me sufficient time to respond, removed my plate and silverware despite there still being food on it. Strangely, she did not ask or remove plates from anyone else at the table. We found this behavior both confusing and off-putting.

Feeling rushed and unsatisfied with the overall experience, we decided to leave the establishment. It’s a shame that this incident overshadowed our meal, as we had hoped for a more pleasant and enjoyable time.

Last weekend, I enjoyed dining at this charming wine bar that completely captivated me with its delightful ambiance. As soon as I stepped inside, I could feel the vibrant energy that set the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. My friend and I decided to indulge in two bottles of red wine, eager to sample the distinct flavors from different vineyards; it was a fantastic way to elevate our experience.

For my meal, I chose the crab cakes, and while they were divine, the portions were more of a tantalizing appetizer than a filling dish. On the other hand, my friend went for the luxurious Wagyu burger, which looked irresistible and surely satisfied her cravings.

I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a lively wine bar that pairs great drinks with a warm atmosphere. There’s free street parking and a small lot next to the venue, but it’s worth arriving early, as this place tends to get bustling with patrons eager to soak in the vibe!

We enjoyed a good dinner on a Thursday evening, the outdoor seating was pretty full, there was still room upstairs. Pleasant interiors, music and atmosphere. Fresh and tasty food, with several vegetarian options. Good service, fair and reasonable prices, very nice overall

I visited their last night and thought on a cold night that the creamy Italian beef soup would hit the spot. I’m not really sure what made it creamy or what made it beef. It was a thin soup and very lackluster and flavor with bits of ground beef I think. I would not recommend it nor get it again. I also think it would have been better if it were serve piping hot. The value was poor because the amount of soup was small for a bowl and the price reflects quality ingredients which it did not have.

We visited Sasha’s for a weekday lunch and were thrilled with our choice. Warmed by a crackling fire on a chilly winter’s day. The service was quick and friendly. The food was amazing. We had the Greek salad and the Brie and bacon sandwich. Both were outstanding. A lovely place for lunch, but we can’t wait to return for a bit of wine and a nosh!

Fabulous experience!! I helped to host my friend’s brunch birthday party and the service was fantastic. The space was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful (shout out to Beth)! The food and wine were delicious. Covid precautions were taken. It’s also in a beautiful and quiet part of town with an ice cream shop a few establishments over 🙂 I highly recommend.
