Came for late-lunch/early dinner after their reopening and having been away for so long. It did not disappoint! Everything was as good as I remembered and truly hit the spot. Nothing too fancy or mass-produced, just simple food done well and that’s what I love about Art’s as the go-to local spot for so many years.

Prices have understandably increased and the parking lot was busy for both drive-through and walk-up counter but overall, still a positive experience because I knew what I was getting and it shows how much the community supports the establishment. Staff did well getting orders out in a timely manner with great attitude, so I’m sure service will only improve over time. Would come back time and time again

If you’re in the area and want to avoid the typical fast-food chains, Art’s is a great alternative. That said, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. It’s better than a drive-thru, but “just okay” compared to other local favorites.
The staff was standard but seemed distracted, and it definitely has that retro E-Z take-out atmosphere. Worth a stop if you’re nearby, buy the hype is a bit much.

Absolutely the best! I’ve waited a year but it’s so worth it! Empty wrappers in my house. Usually I only eat about half of my food, not from Arts. I didn’t even realize the burgers are so good until everyone raved about them when they reopened. I’m super picky about burgers. Hate frozen with that chewy rubbery texture. I tried my husbands burger from Arts and they are amazing!!! I always get the fish sandwich…I lived in CA a few places and missouri and Arts has the best fish sandwich ever! They don’t have tarter so I just order plain and make sauce at home. I haven’t had a fish sandwich since they closed. Everyone uses minced up fish. Arts is like a filet and you get the big chunks of cod. Onion rings are also the best I’ve ever had across 2 states.
Nacho fries are on point! They actually layer cheese and fries, not just cheese on top of the fries. Thank you Arts for coming back better than ever!!!

Horrible service, the burgers are good but I had a bad experience here. They didn’t bag my food right and the bag broke on me on the way home. I came back asking if they can replace I showed the pic of my food on floor and some lady with blonde hair the manager told me I needed to bring the food back so she can give me a new burger. I showed her the pic and well I just bought a whole new order. Bad experience just be careful cuz they won’t accommodate. Bad service. The managers name is Tammy she really told me I had to come back to the spot I dropped my food pick it up, and bring it back to her so they can mark it as write off lmao what a joke

Got charged almost $70 for two double combos and one cheese burger. We tried calling to check how much the combos prices were, but the voicemail says they aren’t opened.
They use a paper system for orders, so either they accidentally over charged us or their prices went up dramatically.

Edit: I also just noticed there’s a hair in my cup after I posted this review…

Terrible value i just ordered a breakfast burrito and it was smaller than a pen and I was upcharged 1.50 to switch for american to cheddar. I can understand an up charge from no cheese to cheese but a 1.50 to switch cheeses thats crazy

First timer and the burgers and onion rings hit. The burgers are filling and cheesy only disappointment it didn’t come with Pickles, but it had good flavor and is more feeling than In-N-Out everybody seems to compare it to that and that is what brought me here. Arts burgers did not disappoint the onion rings we’re fire and crispy. Definitely coming back next time I’ll try chili cheese fries.

⭐⭐☆☆☆

This place used to be known for fair, affordable prices — $3.25 felt reasonable and matched the neighborhood.
After reopening in December, a simple breakfast sandwich with two eggs and cheese is now $6.25 plus tax, which feels like a big jump for such a basic item.

Unfortunately, the service attitude doesn’t help. As a local resident, it feels like the loyal neighborhood customers who supported this place in the past are being overlooked.

I hope they reconsider both pricing and customer service, because at this rate, it’s hard to see many locals returnin

I’m not really sure what all the hype is about. It’s a decent burger spot, but nothing that really stands out. The food is okay and gets the job done, but it’s not memorable enough to live up to the buzz around it.

Customer service is an area that could definitely use improvement, as it didn’t match the expectations set by the reputation of the place. Overall, it’s an average experience. Not bad, but not something I’d go out of my way for either.

I would not recommend using the drive-thru if you have an SUV or truck. The space is extremely tight and the drive-thru lane is very small. Unfortunately, my bumper was damaged because of how narrow it is. There isn’t much room to maneuver, especially for larger vehicles.

If you drive anything bigger than a small sedan, I strongly suggest parking and going inside instead.
