Horrible customer service. Waited at drive thru-window for 10 mins for food. 3 different employees asked if I was helped. After 10 mins, I was asked to pull up to curb to wait longer on food. Proceeded to wait another 10 mins. During this time, I watched an employee (one who asked if I was helped at window) walk to her car for break. After waiting and seeing my food wasnt going to be delivered too me, I walked inside, and asked for me food. Guess what? It was just sitting on the counter. I asked for a manager and after waiting again, grew impatient, and left. Terrible communication and customer service. Im not a random customer who hasn’t worked in the service industry. I have been working in restuarants since I was 16 and have been and am a General Manger for one for the past 10 years. Pretty ridiculous for a fast food place, especially when the parking lot wasnt full to begin with. Lack of effort and awareness, probaly starts with management.

We went through the drive thru and asked them to scan our $10 off rewards in the app. They scanned it and and said the cost, and we told them that was wrong and it didn’t take the $10 off. He charged us anyway, shrugged his shoulders and handed us the food. When we said the price was wrong, he said sorry it probably didn’t scan right. We asked if we could redo it and he said it would take too long and, for the third time, slammed the sliding window aggressively in our face. Definitely won’t be back.

It was alright. It’s fast food. Lots of seating inside and out. Drive thru option as well. The grilled chicken was really thick. A heck of a lot better than the main fast food chains. The fries were good and lots of drink options with one of the newer digital soda dispensers.

Really starting to go downhill!! Tea taste like they need to clean the urn. There was a hair in my tea. Bread was pitch black. Chicken strips as thin as paper. What is happening to this place?

Suxbys has really gone downhill. 15 years ago, it was really good. The chicken today is frozen, there’s no more celery with wings amongst other things. There’s far better chicken places now

Pretty much the same as other Zaxby’s locations. That’s the beauty of franchised business model – you know what to expect. Service at this Zaxby’s is better than most I’ve visited, and the location is pretty convenient to town, in my opinion.

I love Zaxbys. Was very disappointed with my visit. Was with my granddaughter and we placed and order to go. I couldn’t eat my salad because they didn’t include silverware which should have been included with my order. They gave my granddaughter the wrong sauce that she asked for. They need to do better. When the boss lady is there I never had a problem. Guess I will only come to this establishment if the boss is working.

The prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. The chicken tenders are tiny, they’re the size of what should be a boneless wing. They’re even smaller than a pack of Zaxs sauce.
