Went to this DQ for the first time. I ordered ahead and picked up through the drive-through. I should have gone inside because it took an excessive amount of time to serve the car that was two in front of me. I expected a large bag to be handed out but it was tiny. There was something black on the top of my burger so I had to peel that part off. The burger was good but extremely difficult to eat. I am a sauce person but there was WAY too much. Every time I tried to take a bite I had to chase the burger and toppings. They wanted to slide out of the bun because of the amount of sauce.

It’s hard because their workers are nice as can be and were very professional. Ordered chicken strips meal..My diet coke given to me was an ice tea..they didn’t have gravy (told me ahead of time tho, but it was only noon) The Texas toast I love was awful, one was a thin heel (why I’m typing), you serve those?? And my fries were soggy and cold. For $13.00, I was very disappointed. Usually the food is very good, but this was not worth $13.00. But please know the workers were very nice and friendly. Please help your associates keep inventory so we don’tget these meals we pay a lot for. They seem to work hard. I didn’t have a heart to go in and complain. It’ll be a while before I come back.

Went through the drive through at 9:35-40, and was told they weren’t taking any more orders, keep in mind they don’t close until 10:00! So we went down the block to Sonic. Don’t advertise that you close at 10:00 then turn customers away.

Guy in the drive through was rude. Barely said anything. Didn’t give us the receipt and gave me my blizzard and it looked like I was already missing half. Very upset. 0/10 customer service.

Went here to pick up food. It was not busy, but it took fifteen minutes once we got here for two burgers, a shake, a soda, and a blizzard.
Employee who made blizzard was very rude to us but more so to the cashier which is why we’re writing this. We heard them from the back saying to the cashier in a pretty mean tone “no dont give them a drink carrier, what do you think this is? Starbucks?” Cashier was incredibly nice, deserves more respect from coworkers.

I just went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, well when I arrived home with my order I looked and my gravy is so rancid it can pass the blizzard test and be turned completely upside down without moving. It smells horrid and when I just tried calling they refuse to give me another order because in their words “it’s just the gravy”. What a horrible way to run a business.

My 3/4 full medium Oreo blizzard. Older white woman basically threw it at me and slammed the window on my face without saying a word. I was the only customer there. Will definitely be choosing Andy’s custard over this DQ location in the future.

My fiancé just got home from this location and the fries was not done. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. She tried handing out 4 drinks and 4 sundae without any kind of carrier. It was just her and her daughter in the car. The a/c unit is right next to the drive thru ordering thing so it’s hard for them to hear. Then, they forgot the buffalo sauce because we had 2 chicken dinner boxes, and made her give them her card back to charge .94 cents for it. This place needs help.
