The online ordering is atrocious. They never have guacamole as an item even when it is in stock. The food was made quickly. Portions were average. Staff appears to be newer and friendlier now with a cleaner restaurant. They are under staffed with only one person on the line making food. I was also disappointed they did not have Coke Zero. They do have a promotion on Monday burrito for 7.99

I was given someone else’s order. I had waited an hour and was starving so I looked at the order anyway. I then found a fingernail clipping or shard of bone in the food!!! On top of receiving someone else’s order, their order included a drink which I didn’t get. So I got someone else’s order and no drink and a piece of bone or something.

Haven’t been to Moe’s in a couple years until today. I order online and got a burrito with free salsa & chips. The burrito was ready when I got there! I usually have to wait around at other places so that was great. When getting home the burrito was still very warm. I really enjoyed the burrito. It had lots of taste and you couldn’t taste too much/too little of anything which sometimes happens with burritos. But the salsa…SO GOOD! I would go just to get the salsa and chips. They were both so fresh & incredibly delicious. 11/10 experience & I would go back again for sure!

Moe’s catered our wedding this past weekend, and it was the best decision we could have made! Catering was very affordable and extremely easy to order, the service of the staff members was EXCELLENT, and the food was absolutely delicious– we have received SO many compliments on how good the food was!! The team was extremely accommodating whenever we had any questions or adjustments to our order, and for that we are very grateful. I can’t recommend Moe’s enough!!

The only reason why I’m giving this place a two star is because their food is good. Although, salsa grille is better and cheaper I still wanted to order food. The moment I walked in nobody said “welcome to moes!” That’s part of the job right?to greet customers with that statement right? Neither of the two employees were happy to be there based of their attitude. Walked out and said thank you. The associate replied, “yep” with attitude. I understand you might hate your job and we all have really bad days and I’m not expecting top tier customer service but at the end of the day it’s a business. Either find another a job or fix yourself to do better.

This is a great Moe’s restaurant location. The staff was friendly, energetic, and most importantly PATIENT with the rush of customers. I visited on a Monday. This is Moe Monday Rush. You get a burrito, chips and drink deal on Mondays for $6.95.
I’m looking forward to next Monday. This was a great deal. I got there at around 11:30 and there was a one person wait. The rush showed up at 12 and there was about a 5-6 person wait. The food was fresh and tasted great! The restaurant was clean and the staff was always going around cleaning tables.

I had some giftcards I wanted to use. It wouldn’t read any of them. Kept getting errors & they had to restart the machine multiple times. After waiting an extra 12-14 minutes, they said I’d have to “call HQ” to see why they’re not working. Now I finally get back, & they didn’t even give me my food! I got someone else’s bag of chips with my burrito on top. So I never got my nachos. It’s a 45 minute round trip to go there, so not worth driving back at this point. They’ve successfully wasted my time & money

The last two times I have ordered throught the app have been a disaster. Neither time did I get the “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting they are supposed to do when you walk in. The first time I waited 15 minutes by the pick up location to just watch the workers sit around doing nothing and I could not figure out why they were not making my food – no one acknowledged me this whole time. I finally asked and it had been sitting BEHIND the counter the whole time. They were too lazy to put it in the pick up area and it was stone cold and they did not care to make it again when I told them it was cold. The second time, same thing. My food was not in the pick up area and I watched four workers doing nothing as there were no customers in there and once again no one acknowledged me standing in the pick up area for ten minutes. When the only male worker finally did, hw said they made a mistake and still had to make my order. They were in no rush to do so as all employees left the area where they make the food or were just standing around. Finally got my food, it was good, but will never return.

For the 2nd and last time I ordered DoorDash from here and it was a HUGE waste of $46. I asked for dressing on the side and it came swimming NOT edible (see picture). When I called the restaurant they told me sorry that was how the order came through so not their fault. It got tossed straight in the trash. NO dinner. Mind you I eat here a lot. It will be a long time after the poor customer service I’ve now received twice, The last time I ordered my daughter’s steak quesadilla was delivered with no steak when I called the response was oh yeah sorry I was here by myself and I had no steak left to put it in. Was told to call and talk to the manager but coincidentally I called every day for a week and the manager was never available. I’ve wasted so much money buying food that I never received or was not edible and the restaurant doesn’t do what is needed to make it right. We are human and mistakes get made but own them and do what you can to fix it

Update: 1 to a 3 star. Got ahold of customer service and was able to get a refund for the issue. They refunded the entire order which was generous as other items received as ordered.
