Unfortunately, the food I received was burnt and not up to the standard I would expect. Additionally, the service experience was disappointing. The cashier appeared unable to effectively manage taking orders and bagging food at the same time, which led to delays and an overall unprofessional experience. In a fast-food environment, efficiency and organization are essential, and this was noticeably lacking during my visit.
I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but customers should still receive properly prepared food and competent service. I was genuinely disappointed by the experience.

I usually don’t write reviews and just move on, but this one feels well-warranted so others know what they’re getting into. I used to love this Burger King years ago and would come here late at night, but over the past few years the quality has seriously declined.
One of the biggest issues has been the drive-thru. Once you’re in, there’s no way out, and it’s often painfully slow. I normally avoid this location for that reason, but I decided to give it another shot today because the line was empty.
That turned out to be a mistake. The burger tasted like it had been made long ago and reheated. It honestly seemed microwaved. The bottom bun and the patty were scorching hot, while everything else was stale and cold. It felt like they microwaved the burger on the bottom bun and slapped it together. I couldn’t get past one bite. It was disgusting.
Whoever owns this place seriously needs to turn things around. I honestly don’t know how this location is still in business after all these years. At this rate, it’s hard to see it staying open unless something changes. I would not recommend eating here.

This was our first experience here, and it could have been a great one. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the way Elisha and Shakwanna treated me. Their attitude was unprofessional, and the way they spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable, especially as this happened in front of my children.
I am disappointed to leave a bad review, but I believe it is important for management to review how staff interact with customers and ensure they receive proper training in customer service.

Extremely rude, awful, and bleak service. Fire the guy working the front window. The guy at the drive thru window told me to “give him a damn minute, damn” he proceeded to not inform us of the price listed. They were out of large cups and instead of just saying that at first, he just made my large combo and gave me a medium drink. Furthermore, he proceeded to greet the driver with “omichiwa” from which I can only infer he was attempting to say “Konnichiwa”. We also ended up waiting 30 minutes for one burger combo.

Vickie needs an exorcism and maybe a job that doesn’t require her to work with others. It’s honestly sad how hateful and unhappy she is. They messed up my order and I called when I realized to see if they could just refund the difference of the items i paid for and didn’t receive. The manager i spoke to was kind and said all they could do was remake the sandwiches. Since I live in south carolina, she told me it was ok to come at a later date. I went back 2 days later since I was in the area and Vickie was there. She came to the counter with the nastiest attitude and asked me why I waited to come back. I told her I had already spoken to a manager and was told that it was OK to come back at a later date as long as I had my receipt. This lady is NASTY. Big nasty. She told me that she was not going to refund me $32 for my food which I never expected or asked her to do. I said to her, you can just refund for the missing extras I paid for. Of course I wouldn’t expect you to refund the entire order. She starts to scream at me from the kitchen as she was fixing burgers “This isn’t Wal-Mart.” You need to return your sandwiches for them to be replaced.” So I said to her. “I told you that you don’t have to replace the sandwiches or give me any food at all. You can literally just refund the difference of the food I didn’t get. I’m not trying to take from you. I just don’t want to pay for food I didn’t get.” I don’t care how much I tried to break it down for her to comprehend, you couldn’t reason with her. It was like she was possessed. She was disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable with eating food she prepared. I left the food there, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and called the corporate office.

Stop today at the Burger King at South Park. I ordered a Whopper Jr and a medium fry. When I got to the window he was charging me $7 and change. I told him no it should be $5 and change. He wanted to argue with me that I did not specify that it was the two for five promotion that they were doing. I’m the customer. I don’t go to Burger King very often and I’m probably will go even less now. Because I don’t know their menu I don’t know that I have to specify that it’s their promotion I don’t have to do that at other fast food places. Needless to say I left without my food. Although, I does make me wonder if it’s the same burger and fry on the promotion that it is when you order them separately?

For a franchise fast-food joint, the cooking department here was on par. The double cheeseburger I ordered was juicy, not too salty, and rivals gourmet ones that are more expensive. I wasn’t planning to write a review, but remember leaving thinking very highly of this location.

I went here on 09-27-2025 to pick up some lunch for my wife and I, and I went inside. I was the only customer at the counter and yet I stood there for about 5 minutes while workers went back and forth without looking at me. Eventually, the drive-up worker came over and stood at the register and glared at me without saying anything. I gave her my order and waited about 10 minutes to get it. The food was hot and pretty good so I’ll give them a break for that, but there’s really no excuse for the attitude.

I had the worst experience, not just once but several times and today (10/10/25 at 1:36 PM) was the final straw. The person taking orders at the drive-thru was extremely disrespectful. I ordered three Coca-Colas, and all of them were the wrong flavor. After driving away, I had to come back so they could fix it.
When I explained what happened, the employee responded with the worst attitude, saying “What do you want?” in a very rude tone. I stayed calm and told her I just wanted regular Coke. She replied, “That’s all we have.” I asked why she didn’t tell me that before so I could choose something else, and she said, “I’m not dealing with you,” then walked away making a rude hand gesture.
They left me waiting and refused to help me. I never disrespected anyone, yet after a long wait, someone else finally came and gave me the regular Coca-Colas — clearly showing they did have them. She just didn’t want to do her job.

Store seemed cleaned. I only came in here because Whole Foods stops serving full pizzas at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:45pm…the service was terrible and the wait for 1 whopper (sandwich only) and chicken fries (no drink) took 15 minutes and was only $5 less than a full pizza at whole foods…workers didn’t care.
You can have a full scratch made pizza for the same price as a burger king combo. Lol
