As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The night manager, indentified as Kayla, was incredbily kind and replaced the food without issue and with professionalism and politness. She immediately replaced the food without complaining, making excuses, or giving me a hard time. This was, to say the least, refeshing and a little shocking.
The establishment was clean, the prices were better than others in the area, but what surprised me the most was the fact that the staff were smiling. They were all very nice and went out of their way to resolve the problem in a fact, friendly, and professional manner.
Since I pass through the area fairly regularly, I’ve eaten here before many times in the past (I love Rally’s fries) and recently this location’s staff has some of the best service in the area. It seems that within the last few months they’ve become faster, friendlier, and more professional.
The food quality was fine, but the service was superior to most in the area. A shockingly good experience at a fast food establishment.
I showed up for my mobile order, and I was told to wait in the parking lot and that they’d hand my order to me once it was ready—which wasn’t bad, as I had just put the order in. But I parked at the lot right outside the drive through window so they could still see me—and in the time I was waiting, I watched three people receive their orders (keep in mind, I only got 3 things). After 20+ minutes of waiting, I got impatient enough to go to the drive through again, and I finally got my order. Only to find that my fries were placed upside down, my sauced wings box was open, and I was left without napkins.
Absolutely horrible experience, and I’m still somewhat peeved over it. I don’t usually like to complain over stuff like this, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous.
