They gave me the wrong burger. I asked for extra mayonnaise and they charged me for it, but they didn’t put it on and they soaked the burger with some kind of broth. The most disgusting burger I’ve ever had. The women who work there aren’t friendly.

The food is good but this location NEVER gets my order right or forgets to put something in the bag. Its my fault for not checking before I leave the drive thru but I don’t want to be “that guy” that is holding up the line. It is what it is I guess. This is why I don’t not support the $15 an hour minimum wage. You don’t get what you pay for.

Stopped by on Dec 26th just after 7 pm for what I thought would be a relatively quick and simple meal. I conveyed to the young lady taking my order that I was dining in. 25 minutes later, my meal was finally ready (in a paper bag after I told them 3 separate times that I was dining in) and very disappointing. The Whopper sandwiches were very flat with dry and stale buns, and practically no lettuce on them. The beverage/condiments counter was very sticky and filthy (apparently they are too understaffed to regularly clean the lobby area).
I’ve been a customer of this particular Burger King for over 46 years now, and it’s just sad to see how far it has fallen from how it used to be back in the 1980’s.

I bought a bacon egg and cheese croissant today and boy that was a huge letdown! Almost comical! The egg was like a sheet of paper and I asked the guy at the drive thru if that’s for real or was it a mistake and he said nope, that’s the egg!! Wow! For almost $9 for a breakfast meal with the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever seen! Never again! Burger King…..DO BETTER!

Today I forgot my purse at lunch (1215 pm). I realized it was missing at 4:30. I like going to this BK because of the great service and good food. They really had my back today, let me tell you. I called the store about my purse, and they said that had it and were keeping it safe for me! Two different shifts, and they are all angels that deserve the best in life! BK, you have some great people working at that store, take notice!

I submitted a mobile order through their app which was fine. The food was good, the only thing is the service. I could understand if they were busy, but I saw the drive thru line on my way in and there was only one car waiting to order. There was no one in line when I got up to the counter but I still had to wait 15 minutes to get an order I had placed before I got there. If I wasn’t on my lunch break I wouldn’t have minded too much but when it’s lunch time during the week, that is when time counts and it should be a little better than that. Otherwise I love Burger King and have since I was little!

Poor management, Yuki I believe is her name. She’s consistently scheduling 2 problematic individuals on the night shift a shinkeeta or shineeka or shiquotta, African American woman, and the manager Synthia that are both bouncing off each other in a seemingly s systematic order and has been causing disturbances within the crew team and shorter crews with only 3 people on shift intentionally to which I see as a intentionally placed management. I’ve witnessed a act of sorts within the management here at this particular location which just so happen is owned by the same company who owns all the BK restaurants in Ocala Florida. And their a franchise. Just thought I’d put this in the air wave. Plus I’m a current customer who daily stops by for food being location friendly and I prefer the food choices. Id appreciate if you didn’t mention my name based of the prior reputation that management has been implementing for years.

Today was only simple and easy but it still was a different kind of quality. woman taking my order was very impatient with me did not have knowledge on the upgrade prices but still had very nice voice and made up for being impatience with a kind would that be all anything else. food was good but coffee is getting super strong over the passed year so i did not enjoy my mocca ice coffee. from me not trying this place again to it shocking me today i will go again. thanks burger king.
