Was in the mood for meatballs but actually ended up getting the new turkey with stuffing sub it was delicious Craig my sandwich maker was extremely kind to me and my wife and even gave us some suggestions on fun things to do while here at the lake. I’m glad we chose subway it hit the spot and gave us a new favorite to add to our foodie list. We will be back .

I ordered 2 different subs from the subway in the Oakland Walmart and got 2 of the same subs. This is the second time this has happened. They didn’t even read the toppings. I called them and after pointing out the error the boy hung up on me. I called again to speak to a manager and was hung up on again. I will never give subway anymore business!

It’s a Saturday evening. 7:30pm. There is one person working. Three people ahead of us when we got here. I can’t rate how the food tastes yet because we’re still waiting to get it. We’ve been here about 20 mins. The gentleman working seems nice enough but he shouldn’t have been left by himself. His knowledge of the menu is poor and his sense of urgency is low.
They definitely should be hiring here if you happen to be looking for a job.

Went there for the first time today. Sandwiches were soagy and sour. Rotten vegetables and horrible tasting banana peppers. Called to talk and get our money back since we can’t eat any of the 4 sandwiches. They called us back were rude and said we had to bring sandwiches back to show them then hung up on us. They are in Maryland we are in wv not going to happen. We will never be there again and hopefully they will reconsider refunding our money.

This subway is very clean now I don’t know what changed but it used to not be so clean . Anyways I went in last night after my Walmart trip and was promptly greeted by Craig who also made my sub . I can honestly say for the first time my sub was perfect by the time I got home and had just enough ingredients to satisfy every bite . I don’t usually do reviews unless it’s negative but our experience with Craig was so pleasant my husband said we just had to. He was very professional ,positive and kind . The world needs more employees like this it truly makes a difference and makes me want to come back and spend my money at subway again. Thank You
