I ordered my family dinner through the Burger King app. When the food arrived, the bag seemed rather small for all the items ordered. I contacted the store directly and the male that answered the phone initially couldn’t find my order. Said he was a new manager. After noticing we were missing a chicken sandwich, (2) onion rings and a chicken nugget his solution was I could drive up there to pick up missing items. I advised him that I paid a service fee, a delivery fee and a driver tip and would like it brought to us aa reasonably possible. He said that coming up there for anything I was shorted was all that can do for me. Manager did say he was a new, but offered a solution at an additional inconvenience. Very disappointed and will not be back to this location. The new Sonic is almost finished across the street and will divert my spending in our community there.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted and then told, “Give me a second.” I wasn’t in a rush, so I waited patiently. A moment later, I heard her say, “Continue with your order,” so I began ordering — but she quickly cut me off, saying in a rude tone, “I told you to give me a second.”

She repeated this twice, and each time it seemed she forgot to mute her microphone while taking someone’s inside order. When she finally told me to continue, I gave my order. She then told me the total but didn’t specify which window to go to.

At the first window, no one was there, so after waiting a bit, I pulled ahead to the second window. She immediately started raising her voice, saying, “You’re not supposed to come to this window — you’re supposed to go to the first one,” again with a rude attitude. I apologized and explained that no one was at the first window and that I hadn’t been told where to stop.

She then said, “When I tell you to give me a second, give me a second. I’m the only one here!” I wasn’t trying to be rude at all — I truly thought she was speaking to me each time because her mic wasn’t muted. By this point, she was visibly upset and raising her voice, so I decided to leave and told her to have a good day. She yelled, “Then leave!” and slammed the window shut.

Placed order online to be picked up in drive thru, gave my name when I arrived. When I reached the window the girl asked about someone else’s order and I explained I had a mobile order, she brought the food and asked the drinks. She returned with the drinks for the kids meals and closed the window. I tried getting their attention inside regarding my drink, I showed my receipt still attached to my bag and finally got it. After arriving home I found that my burger was completely incorrect, in 2 places it showed no ketchup that was slathered all over the burger and the tomato was completely left off my burger. I live more than 20 minutes away so attempted to call without any results other than a fax machine in my ear. I won’t be going back.

Food is good! I’m sitting in lobby right now. The supervisor lady with a pony tail and no teeth has been yelling at employees relentlessly for the last 5 minutes straight. She is a monster and these poor kids working deserve to be treated better. Pretty terrible and unprofessional impression for customers. I won’t return to endure this uncomfortable experience again.

I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to address me. Then mistook my order, didn’t tell me a total. Told me to go to 1st window, rude lady screamed from 2nd window. Upon moving to 2nd window, the order was corrected and the rude employee(s) argued that I didn’t order 2 meals. After paying nearly 40$ I got a bag with 1 fry short and 1 drink short. Drink was fixed with 80% ice mix. Great 2 sips of diet coke and fries speckled in black bits and burnt leftovers from oil that hasn’t changed in months. The whoppers were pitiful the chicken nuggets tasted like a$$. I threw the fries out the window and awfully sad no napkins or straws. Can I get my money back? Seriously, worst experience ever at a BK lounge. Needs new ownership and management. Awful.

Was looking forward to the new Mushroom Swiss Burger. Was severely disappointed! I sure hope the franchise owner reads these reviews, because the service here is horrible. The burger looked like it had been slopped together with zero pride. Seriously, a third grader could’ve done a better job. They forgot half my order in the drive through, and after 10 mins of waiting got cold food. Should’ve gone somewhere else, and definitely will next time.

Update (3/15/21): Be careful when you ask for extra Mayo. I don’t know if someone was trying to be funny, but they put a ridiculous amount of Mayo on my chicken sandwich – enough for 4 sandwiches. This place just gets better and better.

Update (9/29/22): Some places never change. Went through the drive thru and when I asked for ketchup, the guy actually rolled his eyes like it was an inconvenience for him. Oh, and they shorted me Chicken Fries. Got home, and they put enough jalapeños on the Texas Whopper to wake a dead horse.

I recommend going thru the drive thru or eating in. When ordering delivery they often leave items out and you can’t call and get assistance. Other than that, they are fantastic!

This is was the worst trip to Burger King I’ve ever been on . The manager was rude , the menu board was not up to date as to what they still served , the girl at the register had no idea they no longer had items , my husband and I order the same thing and we got a somewhat dressed down wrong version of what we ordered , and to go to a fast food place have to spend $30 and recieve … this is just pitiful not a good image BK .

You let them know they have an attitude about it and say they can’t do anything about it , the manager’s attitude is bad they don’t wear hair nets cookies rock hard did not acknowledge me after my food was told it was cold I wait 40 min for cookies and cold burger morning shift is not good there all on drugs . It’s bad
