What’s the matter with the employees here? I made an big online order (14 mchickens, 14 cheese burgers, 10 fries.) You typically pay in advance to confirm the order. When we arrive they have the idea we didn’t want the order when we made no impression from our end.
I’m sorry guys but if you have this job and the order is paid for then obviously you have to make it.

Ordered Online ahead of time, only to get there and be told to pull up and then had to wait 20+ minutes when there was nobody behind us. cars started to come and everybody got their food first and then the manager came outside why we were waiting and we had to explain that we were told to pull up and then told them what we ordered. Then had to wait another 10 mins for a drink and our food. We only ordered two combo meals by the way. very unprofessional and very bad at time management.

No one answered the drive through, went to the window saw 5 workers ,laughing and talking. My husband had to make eye contact with one and get him to the window. For him to curse at another worker to get the window because he wasn’t. And no one came to the window..We left and will not be returning there again.

McDonald’s wants to charge chic-fil-a prices when they serve garbage to the public and say so what when you politely ask, “just what is this?” I had a horrible experience at this place just a few minutes ago and the food they prepared was so horrible it wasn’t fit for consumption, I didn’t touch it other than to inspect it.. I drove back and asked for a refund, they told me I’d have to do it on my own since I used the McDonald’s app, but she was more elaborate and rude, while I was nothing but courteous and polite. I said nothing else, I left the food and left. When I got home I looked into the app and it said refunds have to be issued at the restaurant. I guess I have to file a dispute with discover. The burger was supposed to be a Quarter Pounder with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Where’s the bacon, lettuce and the rest of the tomatoes?

They will close the dining room up to 2 hours before they close, meaning you can only go through the drive through. the drive through can sometimes take 5 minutes before someone even goes on the speaker. even then you have to ask if anyone is there.

This store gets a three-star rating because they have no sweet tea on the beverage bar. When you need to refill your tea you must ask an employee, They filled my cup with sweet tea twice when I asked for unsweet.

Me,my fiancé and my cousin came here to this location. We all ordered and one lady took one persons ordered and two people ahead of me are waiting because they did their wrong order it took a while for someone to come back and tend to other people waiting whilst we saw an employee on their phone other employees just laughing and playing around there was no reason for people to have to be waiting a long time to be attended to. Anyways I’m standing in line and a lady brings my fiancé and my cousin their food and basically slammed the tray down dropped one of the burgers and spilled the drink took the burger off the floor and never came back to clean the mess she made or even bring back a new burger we had to keep going back up to ask for everything it was ridiculous.i had to go get napkins and clean up the best I could because I didn’t want them covered in soda. It was around 6:40-7:00pm today 10/10/24
