They added auto-gratuity. God only know how many dont see this and double tip. Ordered the wings. They were horrible. Tinest wings you can serve, not worth a $1 a piece. Very very salty. There are bettet bars with better wings and dont charge auto gratuity

I’ve genuinely never had a dining experience like this. Our server made several mistakes, it happens, but did not offer to take anything off the bill and we were still charged the 20% auto gratuity. We asked for the bill and did not see her for the next 20 minutes, had to go ask the bartender so we could leave. The “best wings ever” were no bigger than the size of my thumb and did not even have the correct sauces on them (we were still charged full price of course). I never expect things for free, but when the quality of food and service are severely lacking I would hope I wouldn’t be forced to give a tip that is not earned. I would not eat here again even if it was the last food on Earth.

Very clean! Great prices! The food is consistent and delicious (the wings are PRIMO)! Keno, pool, heated outdoor smoking patio, darts, tons of TVs, draft beers, hi-tops, low tips, sunken bar, AMI jukebox, not too loud, food and drink specials daily. GREAT neighborhood bar ATMOSPHERE & SERVICE!! 10/10 highly recommend!

Today was my 1st time at Bugsys. Jill (great service) suggested the wings. Her suggestion did not disappoint, they were delicious! Both bartenders seemed to have working together down to a science even when it got a little busy. I will definitely be back.

So rude the customer service was so careless because it’s automatic gratuity me and my homegirl waited 30 minutes by the pool table because the other area was full. No one came to check on us, but the bartender proceeded to peek his head out and look over their mind, you is cold as hell in that area but when we got our bill, it was automatic gratuity and I just thought it wasn’t even necessary because Y’all took 40 minutes to take our order. We got there at 10 o’clock and then at 10:43 they were rushing us saying that the kitchen closes as if we weren’t already inside the building. It was just a very rude experience inviting my friend out to have a drink and our night was turned left because it was busy, but it’s still a way to approach everyone to let them know we got you

Cute spot to watch a game! Bugsy’s is very low-key and giving dive bar prices (very budget friendly) but definitely a step up and doesn’t feel as grimey as a dive (I was comfortable eating out their kitchen lol!).
Speaking of kitchen, the wings are so good! Note that you can only get 1 flavor when ordering 10 wings but can get up to 2 flavors when ordering 20 wings. Garlic Parmesan and House Mild Buffalo were the best of the 3 flavors (Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ is the 3rd flavor), but I did wish there was truly a HOT flavor. The wings were good though and rather small in size so I easily ate a 10 piece and wasn’t overly stuffed; if you have a larger appetite then you may wanna order a 20 piece minimum. Also, if you like saucier wings then pay the additional $0.50 for them to be double dipped. Cajun fries were the perfect pairing but pass on the Cole Slaw (I was trying to be balanced & healthy but it wasn’t good).
Plenty of TVs all over the place along with large tables perfect for groups & plenty of bar seating so perfect to watch a game. There’s a parking lot on the side of building with free parking too. There was only 1 bartender working who managed both the bar and tables, and she did a very efficient time making sure all guests were tended too in a timely manner. Oh and did I mention they have a board with a long list of daily drink specials that will pique your interest (on Mondays you can get Liquid Marijuana for $6!). Can’t wait to return to try my wings double dipped!

I was VERY dissatisfied! Last night was my first time going here from a recommendation on tictok… i tried a 20piece wings and cajuan fries… wings tasted BURNT! No flavor from the house buffalo sauce all i can taste is a burnt taste! FRIES was cold and thin! 4/10 Do NOT recommend!

The so called “manager” Christina is so rude & trash! She swear she runs the place & doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. Service is horrible! You literally wait for a whole hour for food or even a water! No type of customer service etiquette! Just a hole in the wall. Never going back! Bring back the old waitresses, that actually cared about the customers! Not the ones having relations with the owner just to get by!

Luxury Chaos
This is one of those spots where you go for the chill, local vibes and laid-back atmosphere. The wings were alright—not mind-blowing, but good enough for a casual bite. The service? Solid. The staff was friendly and kept things moving. The only thing that really threw me off was the ketchup bottle—it looked like it had seen better days. Definitely not the highlight of the meal, but still a decent spot if you’re in the mood for a low-key hangout.
