They have a new self serve register and nobody told us we had to do it, we waited quite some time before WE figured it out then we were going to pay cash and we got attitude from the person who had to take the cash. The lady all in black who i think was the mngr ignored us seeing we had issues with the machine until we stopped her and asked how to add certein comments to the order. The mngr tried figuring it out and couldnt so she yelled the special request to the person in the grill. She helpped with another special annotation and just walked away not waiting to see if we need anything else or even say sorry. Horrible service. We could have chosen Taco Bell over JB and dissapointed with the service lately, we have been coming here for years.

I ordered through Doordash and I waited over an hour for my order to arrive. No condiments. No napkins. I’ve ordered from this location before (in person and online), and ran into the same issue. The wait time for a little bit of food, is horrendous. Food didn’t taste fresh. If I order Jack again, it won’t be from this location. Highly disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes for my food, with only two people ahead of me,
for them to forget my Coke and then had to get back in line and wait another 10 minutes to get a drink they forgot. No apologies just waiting 30 min for 1 meal and a forgotten coke lol food was alright but it’s jack in the box so what can you expect.

This place was good. I had to run into the bathroom because ooh holding your pee and vista is not the thing to do period I managed to get a number 25 with a Dr. pepper. The order was fresh. It was hot and the people we’re very pleasurable. As for jacking the boxes, i’m gonna say this one gets five stars.

My Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich just was not the same.. It has been almost a year returning to Jack in the Box, because of moving out of state. I was eating it on the road and it was dark. It may have been missing the cheese. Nothing wrong, just didn’t taste the same.

Genuinely felt sick after eating. I threw the whole bag away after a couple bites. It smelled so bad… I’m calling corporate this place needs to not sell out of date food. I feel so sick even 24 hours later.
