I went to the drive through on hwy 528 and they tried to give me a whopper jr with cheese when I ordered one without. I said I wanted 2 whopper with cheese meals and I had a coupon. The cashier said, oh, a coupon, and proceeded to delete the order. Then she said is that it, and I said yes. I sat waiting for her and a man came on and said can I help you. I said I was waiting for the girl and he said to pull up. When she came to the window she said people just know to pull up. I told her no, they give you a price and say pull up or they just say pull up please. This place is shit!

It’s sad to say went burger king a fast food restaurant and sat in the drive through for over half an hour. Waiting to get our meal unless you have time to kill, don’t recommend coming to this Burger King.

Waited for 7 minutes at the drive up ordering kiosk to pick up an online order. No apologies, no communication. Then when I pick up my order it’s cold, drinks not ready nor filled, and again no communication or apology. Happens 90% of the time. Done with Burger King. Thanks!

Ordered lunch. Got home. Chicken fries meal. They gave us really old fries and chicken fries. Chicken fries were hard as a rock as we’re fries. Went back, they fixed the Chicken fries but left the original old fries in bag. We go there a lot. My daughters favorite place. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this team. Future shoppers, If the female team is working there buy your food, haven’t had any issues with the food when they’re working. If the guy team is working, don’t buy from here. This team doesn’t take pride in their work and will serve you whatever and don’t care, it’s just a job to them. When I pull up and I see this team, I will go somewhere else and advise you do the same.

Recently remodeled but food is the same old mid hamburger. I think they need to go back to just a simpler menu like back in the day. BK needs to change there fry oil cus it’s gross and your fired are dried out. And I ordered a whopper and got a plain old bum like they went to Walmart and bought them. Must have not got the bread order. No sesame bun.

Takes forever to get order taken in drive thru as well as getting to the window. Chicken Sandwiches are WAY overcooked and sandwiches have WAY too much mayo on them. I just threw them away they were so unpleasant to eat.

I always order using coupons, today for the first time ever I was told I was unable to upgrade to a large. And the attendant was audibly annoyed when asking for no salt on the fries (because they consistently over salt and I figured I’d save us both some time).

I have come to this place several times since the remodel. Every single time I pull up to one of the two drive throughs, they do not acknowledge me. The other lane gets a car, they’re right on point. I sit there through two other cars, and pull up to the window. They tell me they cannot place an order at the window. There is a complete system failure here, and I hope management realizes they spent a million dollars renovating a building that can’t even take orders to receive money.
