Notify the employees I am allergic to gluten products. I order the roasted chicken box without the roll. Now apparently the staff is not trained for individuals like myself that have Celiac. On the importance of cross contamination. My fires had jalapeño bites mix in. Which have gluten. I even wondering if they use the same utensil for the fried chicken for the roasted chicken. Now, I did risk, even when I told myself not to eat the food. Immediately got ill to my stomach. I truly believe if you have Celiac, avoid all restaurants. They ether don’t care or not properly trained.
Update: I figured I will try to allow a redemption. They failed miserably. Chicken was partially cooked. Not to mention, French Fries were soggy. There quality of the food is not there. I am officially done with this place.

Ordered delivery and for the second time, they didn’t bring the entire order so we had to go back to get it.
Also, the quality has gone downhill. Tenders have gotten smaller and prices seemed to have increased.

Order the spicy chicken sandwich here and as the Popeye’s chicken sandwich is the gold standard a 10. This chicken sandwich falls well short of the gold standard. I would give it a 5.5 because the chicken was questionable the bun was soggy and the sauce was mediocre. Although I’ll put together it didn’t taste terrible. The service on the other hand was. Ordered extra sauces and received none not even the sauces that came with the meal. No paper towels on the to-go box and no utensils.

They’re selling rancid chicken. Got our chicken home and it smelled very bad. It was very fowl smelling and made us sick. I tried to call the store to notify them that the chicken has gone bad and nobody would answer, they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up or put me on hold without saying anything and hang up again. Very disappointing experience.
