2/27/26 9:00pm being former GM for Burger King 10years. Tonight manager very nasty. Can’t run her shift. None in restaurant. Two cars in drive Thur. came in and waited 10mins for number one. When i say something to manager she look at he pick up her personal phone and kept walking talking mad crap about me to who Eve was on her personal cell phone. So unprofessional and these the people making Burger King go bankrupt no customer service skills just sad messing up people company over laziness and greed for the paycheck not love for customers and food.

Batter than your average fast food experience. Young lady taking orders was polite, kind, and cordial. So much so that I had to stop in the parking lot to leave this review. I hope this isn’t an anomaly.

Pretty slow but I wasn’t in a hurry. The food was fresh. Mobile ordered and it took a while but eventually got it. Womens bathroom was relatively clean in the evening.

Decent Burger King. Bathroom was typical grossness. It had a paper towel dispenser, but it didn’t work. The air blower worked, but wasn’t warm at all. Water out of the faucet barely stayed on and was freezing. I ordered via the app and it came out accurate. Lady behind the counter forgot my cup, so I had to ask for that. At least the pop machine actually worked and had ice. Food was typical BK food. My whopper actually had a decent amount of toppings on it, so that was good. So, not too terrible, but not great. I’d eat here again.

Waited in the drive through for over fifteen minutes at breakfast time, only to get home in the sandwich.Not have cheese on it.Worst placeWorse customer service i’ve ever received in my life.I think they should close down by now

Went to drive thru 09/08/19 at 12:30 pm. A half hour before closing no one would come to window. I blew my horn no response. I took pictures of the lit up place. Then i heard laughter from inside.never going back to this burger king on rockside, in ohio. Very unprofessional staff that night i would be .
