Rock Creek Restaurant believes in the best possible dining experience, so we insist on quality ingredients. Fresh fish is flown in twice a week and all meat is prime or high grade and the steaks are cut in-house, with the Beef Backer guidelines.
Rock Creek’s dressings and desserts are made in-house with a fresh salad bar available every day. We would love the opportunity to serve you!

Rock Creek Restaurant is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Twin Falls. The service is exceptional from start to finish, the food is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and upscale without feeling stuffy.
The new owner is absolutely amazing—you can tell how much care, effort, and pride has gone into the improvements and overall experience. It truly shows in every detail. And let’s talk dessert… the crème brûlée is unreal. Easily the best crème brûlée in the state of Idaho.
If you’re looking for great food, top-notch service, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back, Rock Creek Restaurant is it. Highly recommend!

Parker and Tee at the bar were so friendly and took an interest in my day and how I was doing. Was my first time and they made me feel like family. Highly recommend to stop by if in the area. The food was AMAZING! The hot tail shrimp was delicious. The 12oz prime rib was so tender and full of flavor. Finally, the cream brulé! Was made fresh and was great to end the night. A++.

I truly don’t like leaving negative reviews because I know they can impact a restaurant’s business. However, I also believe feedback is important so improvements can be made.
We’ve eaten here before under the previous owners and always had a great experience — the food was delicious. Since it’s now under new ownership, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, our $200 meal did not reflect a five-star — or even four-star — experience.
We ordered two appetizers, and the oysters were probably the most disappointing part of the meal. For our entrée, we chose the prime rib for two, and it was honestly the worst prime rib we’ve ever had. It lacked flavor and was mostly fat. The vegetables were burnt in the dish they were served in, and we received one baked potato to share.
Our waitress seemed attentive with her other tables, but our table didn’t receive the same level of service.
We genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we would love to see the restaurant return to the quality it once had.

We had a delightful dining experience here several years ago while passing through Twin Falls. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, today, we decided to revisit the restaurant, only to be met with a disappointing experience.
The steamed clams were the first thing that caught my attention. They had an unbearable ammonia smell, making it impossible for me to even take a bite. The salad bar was decent, and the soup was edible, but the rest of the meal was a letdown.
My salmon was incredibly tough and salty, making it difficult to eat. My husband’s bacon-wrapped filet was also disappointing. It was only about half an inch thick and overcooked, leaving him unable to eat it either.
Overall, I was left feeling quite disappointed. Despite the fact that the sign indicated that the restaurant was under new ownership, the quality of the food was far from satisfactory. I left the restaurant feeling hungry and unsatisfied, having spent $145 on a meal that didn’t live up to my expectations.
I would not recommend this restaurant, though our waitress was very nice.

Me and my fiancé came here looking for a good food menu. Used to work for the same restaurant years ago, wondering if new owners would change anything. They didn’t in the best way possible! Came dressed up for Valentine’s Day (busiest night of the year), go seated right away with the sweetest hostess and has the best food, atmosphere and experience! I have to say the waitress was the best part of our visit. Heather you’re such a sweet soul! Will request her every time! Came for the stuffed mushrooms (obviously) and had the best steak, baked potato, the best salad bar in Twin Falls and great drinks from the bar. Couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate our valentines together! Thank you!!! 5/5 experience!

Tonight, our second visit, was much better than the first – more than a year ago.
The plan was to have a drink or two, and an appetizer at the bar then dinner at a table.
Than plan changed immediately after Jay greeted us. It was like he was throwing a party and we were the only ones invited. We quickly changed our minds and decided to stay at the bar for dinner.
All the food was excellent! Better than other places offering mostly a nice view.
But the highlight of the evening was being waited on by Jay. He’ll be a difficult act to follow on our next visit.

Let me begin by saying this is not my first time here, but it may have definitely been my last. The service was pretty stuffy. Not a friendly or comfortable atmosphere at all. Old fashioned to drink. May as well been a maker’s on the rocks. Appetizer, crab and artichoke dip, mediocre. Main. I got the salmon and scallops bad idea. The salmon was oddly shaped (thick at the top, skinny at the bottom). As you can probably guess, the thick part was raw. The skinny part was delicious! The scallops, I think, were put on a screamin hot pan while still frozen. Overdone on the outside and raw on the inside. The brown rice was inedible, period. They gave me a 15% discount, and it was still over $100. The salad bar was fine! So was the Philly French dip! If you want a good glass of whiskey and a great steak and baked potato, go to Rock Creek. If you are even thinking about seafood, go anywhere else in Twin.

What happened to the Rock Creek? I never leave reviews, ever. However, i was so disappointed when I took my son for dinner a couple weeks ago. The food was horrendous! Over cooked and cold by the time it was served. Ive never in my life waited so long for such horrible food! I purchased a $100 gift card to be used as a holiday gift but I was too embarrassed to even give it away! Pains me to put all this out here, ive been a loyal patron since I was a kid back in the early 90’s. Sad to know I’ll never be going back. 🙁

It is very dated and dark inside of here. The food is way overpriced, and the service is just adequate. I know there are regulars here, that like to sit at the bar and be seen, or not seen, drinking over priced cocktails. But this is 2024, and the time for dark decor and old fashion pictures and fixtures passed 25 years ago. There are some people who enjoy this atmosphere, but I am not one of them. By looking around, there are people who agree with me. The chairs at the tables are uncomfortable, and the booths are small. The salad bar has few choices, just the cheap stuff. No eggs, seeds, bacon, just lettuce, and a few veggies. The soup de jour, however, split pea when we were there was fantastic!! Big chunks of meat and a yummy consistency! My fish and chips were just frozen things, but fried nicely. My husband’s sirloin steak that was supposed to be cooked medium temp was served rare. I could not have eaten it like that! This was the same problem we had on our last visit. This time, I ordered the fish because last time I had shrimp that was not cleaned properly. Eww, nothing as bad as biting into shrimp and crunching on … ewww… like I said. After a marginal meal, we decided to end with the blackberry crisp. This consisted of a thin layer of mostly berry seeds covered with, idk, some kind of speckled something that looked like wheatina and then baked. The icecream they topped it with was top notch, but i couldn’t enjoy the blackberries because I was just eating seeds. Yuck. Our visit was because we received a gift certificate, which was nice, but we certainly don’t go there anymore, since nothing there changes except the increase in price. I wish there were more windows to let the light in. Friendlier staff. Better prices. Better cooks. A nicer atmosphere. I really want to enjoy myself here, I really do . But changes need to be made to bring in a younger crowd. The older patrons are only getting older, and this seems to be the target audience.

We enjoyed every aspect of our visit to Rock Creek. Our bartender, Candace, was so attentive and personable. Our food was great and she provided excellent service. We would definitely be back.
