Look I understand iced coffee but this is ridiculous! I paid 7-8$- for what? A cup of ice?Never again…. Guess I can wait and then have a muddy cup of water to wash down the sorrows of getting ripped off! Much appreciated Starbucks way to start the day 🙂

Overall I like this location but there’s a power trip girliepop working evenings who you’ll want to avoid. She berates anyone and everyone doing a mobile order. Doesn’t matter if you show up when the app says to, she’ll yell at you for being too early. I tried to show her I ordered a drink 12 minutes ago when she chided me about giving them at least 10 minutes (app says 7-8 minutes btw). She slapped my phone and told me to not argue. I don’t go to this location at all anymore, but she seemingly only works after 5pm. Dead serious, you REALLY want to avoid her. Dark hair and glasses. Everyone else is awesome but if you see her in there, keep driving. I never need a snotty lecture and I certainly don’t need one over her burnt espresso. Maybe if she was handing over a work of art, I’d be fine with it, but she’s not. My hypothesis is that she needs the full 10 minutes to pull a single shot.

This was a good visit to this location and the staff and customers were very friendly. The drive thru was packed but the service was swift. I also got the leftover drink that was in the blender and that’s never happened before.

This is my usual spot. Today I had ordered ahead and was in no rush at all. Who I assume is the manager came and handed me my drink with a reminder that “the usual wait time is 9-12 minutes.” I really didn’t ask and it came off super passive aggressive. Felt unnecessary and I’m just writing this hoping they can be a bit more mindful at how they come across. Love this Starbucks and always pride myself on being a good customer. Feel like this was an unnecessary miscommunication.

Ordered two chestnut praline lattes w/ whole milk. First two came out with oat milk; simple hearing issue. They re-made them, however only one of the two re-made lattes had the flavors included. Guess you don’t always get what you ask for with $20 coffees.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! The service is fast and satisfying. This location is very large and spacious perfect to accommodate Starbucks employees and staff due to the heavy volume of Starbucks demand.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but received a sausage and egg instead. I went back to have it corrected, and they said they made a new one — but that clearly wasn’t the case. I’m a vegetarian, and when I bit into the sandwich, it was covered in sausage grease and tasted like it was the same egg. When I called to explain the situation, Tammy was dismissive and told me she “watched it being made,” then abruptly ended the call. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location.

The absolutely foolish delivery driver uses his semi truck to block the entire drive thru. He could not possibly pick a worse spot to park. This has occurred multiple times.
