On entry, nice people. Wings and okra for the win. Don’t let them fries get cold, got to eat them hot. The other sides are heavily breaded. Mushrooms weren’t tasty. Zucchini wasn’t bad but didn’t love. Onion rings were fair. Wanted to try fried rice. No real veggies in da hood. I can feel mixed reviews from here by what’s ordered.

This place serves fresh, hot, delicious meals. I enjoy the Italian Beef and Whole chicken wings. I drive a little distance to get to this restaurant but have never been disappointed. Please keep the Italian Beef sandwiches. Tasty food served by a wonderful staff. 5 stars all the way around! Thank you.

The vegetables were hard as a rock. They weren’t cooked the rice was barely brown, it has chucks of stuck together white rice. The chicken looked and tasted old not fresh. I asked for seasoning and it had none on it. The new employees just don’t care period. I’m so dissatisfied this used to be my favorite place to grab a quick meal.

I love their fried chicken wings and their catfish nuggets. Oh and don’t forget that Chicago seasoning and sauce!! But the cake! Omg that Banana Pudding cake is THE BEST ever!!

I deleted my 5 star review to write to this 3 star review. I go here on a regular basis (3-4 times a week) and generally I get great wings of a good size, amazing fries, and good drink. When I got home with my order today it look like they shrunk my wings. I stopped going to American deli because THEY began downsizing their wings and upping their prices. DO NOT TURN INTO AMERICAN DELI. Their wings used to be so big, that 10 piece almost couldn’t close the box. The wings you see in the picture are no bigger than my thumb. Go back to your original sized wings, because this is disappointing.
Added note (2/2/2021): I called to place another order but asked about wing size again. When asked I was informed there was a wing shortage therefore resorting to smaller sized chicken wings. I responded with “oh okay never-mind then, thank you” and before I even finished my sentence, I heard a *click*. So on top of the wing sizes changing it seems they’ve also gotten ruder. The manager seems to be the only respectful individual, but his front counter employees are not. Needless to say, they went from my favorite wing place, to no longer being desired. Rating dropped from a 3 star, to a 2 star. Unbelievable.

When I tell you this use to be one of my favorite places to go to not anymore ,great food cooked perfectly.The customer service is so horrible and that’s what makes your business the young lady who worked the thur last night 12/9/25 very nasty acting like someone is bothering her ,closing the window while talking to her then proceeded to talk to someone else in the back ,when I’m trying to get my food together I would except you to listen .
