The night shift is just not good. Day shift great anytime I go but anytime you go after like 7pm they either will give you mini strips and call it a 4 piece (look more like nuggets) or this in the picture which is barely sauced even though it’s supposed to be sauced and tossed right? I ordered honey bbq chicken and there’s like barely even any bbq I should’ve just paid for a regular basket for this why would I pay extra when they don’t even toss it

Do not buy flamethrower chicken it taste like straight black pepper.

I spent over 50 dollars there and asked for no ketchup for a friend of mine and alas, ketchup on all the burgers. I don’t mind personally but how can I order something for a friend when they mess up the order like that? Especially when I’m already dropping so much money just to not have it made properly. Normally I wouldn’t comment and rate and stuff but it happens everytime I request no ketchup and I think I’m just done going to that location. Also it was in the drive through so we didn’t catch it til we got home, otherwise I probably wouldn’t be so peeved about it.

My wife and I were happy with the food and the staff we interacted with. However, a manager did scold a young employee in front of customers (us and a few other folks), which we thought particularly unprofessional for a person in a leadership position. It’s one thing to correct a kid quietly, it’s another to do it in front of a bunch of people for a trivial thing.

I don’t know what you guys did but the fries that I had had some Brown specks on it and tasted good up until about the 12th fry and then all I got was a taste of dry urine that permeated throughout my mouth. And I mean like urine that’s been dried on the floor. It just smelled and tasted like pee. I was a bit apprehensive to bite into the burger so I inspected it and took about one bite and I’m sure it might be placebo but pretty sure it tasted like some cleaner too. So i spat that out. Im never coming back here again idk what kind cleanliness standards you guys are running my order was around 6:19-6:25ish. Maybe it was the ranch? Idk fast food is bad for me anyway so i consider it a blessing in disguise but the taste of licking a music festival porta potty wasn’t worth it to guide me to say no. And on writing this I went to go smell the burger cuz I was like maybe it doesn’t smell that bad. But how the hell does a burger smell bitter? I don’t know you guys suck or at least my experience sucked with you guys. I don’t expect compensation nor do I want it. If I’m going to go to dairy Queen it’s going to either be in brainerd or pine River

I went in to this establishment sometime last week. I didn’t have enough to pay for my order and before I could ask the cashier to remove something an employee I believe his name was cord came and asked how much I was short by and paid for it himself, it warms my heart knowing there are truly kind people in this world.

in my experience the burgers here especially the third pound double cheeseburger tends to be very much on the dry side. I tend to frequent dairy Queens and there are a few that I have as a comparison and their burgers are nice and juicy, flavorful! I’m quite certain they pad off the grease from the Burger patties here at this location, burgers are not juicy and flavorful.
as well when ordering chicken strips or something like that they put the stuff into a box shove some napkins if you’re lucky getting napkins, into the lid opening and hand that to you- what the heck is wrong with a bag?? give me my food in a bag! this does happen by accident once in a great while someone at the window will actually put the food in a bag. using their reasoning they should just hand a burger that’s wrapped up out the window at a customer rather than in a bag.
You give me a bag I have something to keep my food in for a little while it will help keep it warmer and as well to put napkins my drink cup when I’m finished with it and so forth and two and be able to throw it away.
historically I have seen from this location for many years the efforts to just go stingy at every possible place and I tell you what you cannot do that with burgers and you can’t do it with customer service! You cannot replace good customer service with something else.!
when I order a burger please, give me a a burger that is juicy and has genuine flavor primarily because of those juices and as well if I order something else put it in a bag! It’s not that difficult and it’s not going to break the bank. do better!
