Nice peaceful lunchtime dine in. Jeff very personable engaging in conversation with customers, Calm not rushed or annoyed. Other employees observed cleaning tables etc .pizza cook personally came over to ask how much garlic we wanted on our pizza. We were impressed by all . Dont ever close this location . 18 years of concistency and we have never had a bad pizza here !!!!!

The Falmouth Papa Gino’s stands out among Papa Gino’s, always with fresh pizza – they never sell pizza that’s sat for too long. Additionally, everyone that works in the Falmouth facility is sincerely dedicated, working as if they were all owners, always treating customers as current or future friends. I’m especially grateful for the kindness they have repeatedly shown my elderly mother, helping her carry food and ensuring she feels cared for.

My delivery was dropped off at the wrong address. I was logged into my account. They have by address. I am out of $90 worth of food. I asked to talk to a manager… the manager had no time to talk to me. I will be following up tomorrow for sure. It is always something with this location. Poor service
