And Another great visit out driving with Jeep top off today and look… Dover is Close….so Greers for an excellent break .Each time I have been here the experience has been excellent. You never walk away hungry and the food was excellent. Worth the drive Burger a good tasting burger and to can get it without or with the carbs.
Unique atmosphere which reminds me of my younger days being in a stroller with my big sister taking me to the hamburger place for a burger and a shake and she would hang with her school friends. Great contemporary music with you burger not to mention soda both first and regular with the fountain flavor. Definitely a place to relax with a real beef burger!

The burgers themselves were good — flavorful, well-cooked, and clearly made fresh to order. You can tell care goes into the food.

That said, I was really surprised by the customer service experience. We asked to swap one type of cheese for another on a burger and were told no. This felt strange, especially since the burgers are made to order. A simple cheese swap seems like an easy, zero-effort accommodation that would go a long way toward making customers feel heard.

It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did take away from the overall experience. When something is that small and that easy to fix, why not choose to make the customer happy?

Good food — but there’s definitely room to do better when it comes to flexibility and customer service.

Greeted by a computer screen to order which is a horrible way to run a restaurant. Then had to wait 5 minutes just to pay because i was using cash, we were the only customers that hadn’t been served but it still took a half hour to bring our 4 burgers, 3 fries, and 1 order of perogies out. Burgers were nothing special served on dollar store buns that were soggy, fries were the crumbs on the bottom of the bag and a very limited drink menu to which the “cola” was some off brand stuff that tasted like medicine. Any fast food joint would have been better, faster, and wouldnt have cost me $74.

Pennsylvania definitely isn’t disappointing on the food selection taste and quality.
Greer’s is definitely in the top 5 all time burgers I’ve had. Top quality beef and ingredients. Make the perfect juicy burger. Thank you Greer’s. We are in the area from Indiana trying all the local places and this is another one that is definitely on the list of places to go if in the area.

My daughter loved the burger bowl also.

Went for a burger and fries. Very intuitive kiosk menues and the service was prompt and friendly. Cool garage atmosphere! Burger was just a tad too juicy for my liking…bun essentially disintegrated. A little pricey as well, but I’d go back for sure.

Overall I used to love this place but the last 3x I ordered it’s been a disaster. The two low carb hubcaps came drenched in sauce. So much that it becomes uneatable. The last time I returned it. This time I made a note asking to “go easy” on the sauce and it came drenched still. They do not pay attention to details. And you are paying outrageous prices. $13-15 for a small salad with not a lot of meat. (Hardly any lettuce, mostly cheese)
My friends bowl, said no tomato, came with tomatoes. (We did take out, so if we want to return things have to drive all the way back to Dover) and I tried to call to speak to a manager and it just tells you “no one is available and to try your call again later” this is the last time I give them a chance. (@the Franklin location they failed to give me double meat even though I paid for it)

I would encourage their management to do more quality checking. Care about your customer and product you put out. Perhaps they are over worked but it’s not worth the price when you can’t get the food correct.

Let me start by saying the reviews for this place are complete BS. This place is great! The burger my wife got was amazing, she loved it and said it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. I got two Chicago dogs which were both amazing. Everyone crying about parking? Literally two lots across the street. Don’t like ordering from a kiosk? Get over yourself. Crying your food was cold? Stop being lazy and getting your food delivered by doordash. There is not a damn thing wrong with this place, we loved it. Don’t let these cry baby reviews sway you and try for yourself. I am not a fan of ranch but I loved their homemade ranch!

Once we found parking, the place was wonderful! In the dark it’s very hard to find parking, but there is a lot across the street! Self serv kiosks to help place your order. Lady behind the counter was very friendly, bathrooms were outrageously cool. Atmosphere was awesome. Food was good but left a little hungry still. A little pricy for what was given but I’d definitely come back for the quality burger. Just maybe not the fries and drink
