We went at the end of January for our anniversary. We enjoyed The Chicken & Ribs combo plate with Mac & cheese. The ribs melted off the bone and the chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Mac was yummy too. We also had the Lamb with veggies and oh my goodness was the Lamb delicious. So tender and savory a bit pricy for the amount you get but so delicious. The broccoli was actually tender it was so good. We tried the mushrooms which were tasty and the blooming onion as our app it was exactly what you expect from a blooming onion. For drinks we shared a boomerang martini special that comes with 4 flavors of martinis. The berry flavor was both of our favorite but all were delicious and well presented. Not only was the food amazing but the service was on point. The servers showed team work and attentiveness. Probably the best restaurant experience we’ve had in Sierra Vista in the last 2 years.

Ordered to-go and both sides of the steak were entirely burnt. I ordered it well-done, but there was still a lot of pink left in the center, as well. The broccoli showed signs of age (browning) and the mashed potatoes were covered in a hardened layer as if it was sitting out for a while and put in the microwave right before serving. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control for this pick-up order.

Great steak and Wedge Salad. KETO WARNING, I learned the wedge salad has about 26 carbs. Also, the new Crispy Brussel Sprouts are sweet, they have Honey in the wasabi sauce.

Sirloin for two? Last night was a one star experience for the main dish. Everything else from the 2 apps to sides, including service was 3 to 5 star experience. We ordered the cut medium. We received the steak cut into small strips, all clearly well done with 2 strips of bacon on top. Like they felt bad about the steak so perhaps we could be distracted by the consolation prize. I kept wondering if we had received all the previously rejected steaks cut into strips.
No one came to ask how our our steak was done, they scrambled out after delivery. Sorry, that was my worst Outback experience to date. I normally discuss this level of service with management in the moment, but as out of town guests to people we had never met in person, I spared the moment.

I typically eat at Outback because it is usually not loud and boisterous like Texas RoadHouse. The service is typically pretty good, but can slow down significantly on busy nights. In addition, if you are doing one of the fad low carb diets, it’s pretty easy to sub their normal sides for veggies.

As usual the overall dining experience at outback was great! We were greeted at the door when the hostess held it open for us. We chose the bar seating area and Lindsey/bartender was our server! We had great conversation and food coupled with a beer! In the end the only issue with dinner, was either I forgot to ask, or they forgot to bring out the loaf of bread. Lindsay felt bad but we had no worries and had great dining experience!

Great server ask for Anna. Quality of food was excellent. I didn’t give five stars because kids menu doesn’t come with prices and you only get one side instead of two. My family and I had a great experience because of the customer service Anna gave us!

Tried to talk the family into giving the Outback one more try after the last two visits have been pretty bad. We walked in today at 3pm, stood at the front for a long time while the off duty manager changed the channel in the bar and a patron had to place an order with her because the wait staff was no where in sight. Meanwhile, there were five tables in the whole restaurant. Too bad… I always enjoyed the food. Sure wish they could get some better management in there.
