I paid for my food at the first window. It took quite a while to make it to the 2nd window. As I pulled up a girl said wait a minute we are having trouble. Then she came back and asked for me to pay. I guess she though since I come here every day that today I’m a crook. The manager got involved so 10 minutes later he handed me my cold food. Maybe you should mark people’s orders PAID when they pay you. You also burnt my fries.

I went through the drive thru. Everyone was nice and I wasn’t there long. My food was hot, made right, and I had plenty of time to get to work. I ordered a double Whopper with cheese no tomato or catsup, and cini mini. Everything was great.

Well I am not sure what the food was like because I didnt get my sandwich. The people working there seem nice enough but here is my problem.. I walked to the beauty supply by this Burger King and on the way home I stopped with my friend and she got a meal and I just wanted the sandwich. We walk to my house and no sandwich for me so she split hers with me. I called the number listed to get my money back before I ate. You would have thought I was calling the CIA. I finally get to a place on there where I could call the one who highjacked my sandwich. I had to leave a message so I did. No call back and I sure wasnt walking back up there. My bf came home and took me there. They said it was to much of a window of time to give me my money back and to call their office on Monday. I paid over 8$ for this sandwich I didnt get. I called today and left another message. So now I’m wondering if I go up there and order something and they are delayed in getting it to me if I can tell them I don’t have to pay for it because they went over the window of time limit. It was just a sandwich. It costs 8$ and Im not going anywhere. Not happy!

Excellent customer service! They went above a beyond to get us our order fresh, correct, and in a timely manner. Christina was very kind and helpful. There was a small miscommunication with 1 of our drinks but they fixed it right away. I was very please with our 1st visit to this Burger King location

Today, me my dad and my grandma went to Burger King I was quite excited, Had gotten the 2 OC and 2 small fries for $5.99, put plain on the app, they saw that on their screen, put mayo on it then tryed to wiped it off, ruined and tainted, at least they tryed, but they should have started over, I love burger king and the fries were enjoyable as always but the service is so bad Check….. double check……and check your food again, Please

I do DoorDash for a living and I walked in on 2/26/23 around 9:50pm to hear over music with over sexualized lyrics. I am man of God and found the experience offense to my ears. The Woman was very polite, but the conduct was unprofessional.

I don’t know why I keep giving this location a second chance. I’m made to wait outside in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes every time I go through the drive through, no matter what I order. It can be a burger or chicken nuggets— I could have ordered ahead THROUGH THE APP and they’ll still make me wait 10 mins.
