My brother was nice enough to pick me up something to eat and they gave me the wrong burger. Won’t be coming back for a while. I was supposed to get a baconator and instead they gave me what it looked to be the the Dave’s single I won’t be coming back for a long while..

Our pit stop at Wendy’s on our way back from Corolla, NC, turned into a disappointing experience. Despite the seemingly minimal traffic and zero wait time, the service was disorganized. The only redeeming factor was the young lady who took our order. However, the restroom experience was a nightmare, as depicted in the attached pictures. A tarnish on what could have been a great dine-in experience.

The drive thru has definitely improved since my visit over a year ago, my burger was hot, fries not greasy..and if any complaint it was the cost seemed a bit high for what I got, and the wait with only 2 cars I’m front of me was a bit longer than normal, but I’d definitely go again..its hard to find a good burger these days..so keep it up. I’d recommend visitors or locals go by for a tasty meal..

This Sunday evening, they were out of lettuce (a supply chain issue) and out of fries (no idea why). Which was fine for me in keto. Others who had gone to the trouble of parking and walking in turned and left disappointed.

I ordered my “Son of Baconator” and a Sugar Free Lemonade on the app and a very nice young lady brought them to me. It was not the sugar free lemonade so she brought me another cup. The Coke Freestyle was also out of all of the sugar free lemonades. That’s *three* things they were out of.

The burger was correct though. And they were really nice about the rest.

The parking lot was clean, the dining room was clean, the condiments and soda area was clean. It’s hard to fault them.

I stopped here on a road trip. I typically like Wendy’s. This one was a bit of a disappointment. The place was cold, like a meat locker. The service was quick and friendly. The fries were cold. The double I ordered was served with the patties wrapped next to each other, not stacked. The bathroom was nasty! It smelled like someone died on the toilet. The water faucet barely ran, it trickled out. The soap dispenser worked the paper towels dispenser not so much. I guess not all Wendy’s are worth stopping at.

Rude service and poor attitude from the girl running the register. I grabbed a BBQ sauce on the takeout shelf which had been sitting and she proceeded to get up all pissy from a table to throw the other one out. Do not recommend Wendy’s of Plymouth

So I’ve gone to the Plymouth Nc store a few times and I think their day shift is fine. It’s the night shift I have issues with. It seems to be run by a bunch of kids who think it’s more important to talk rather than actually earn a wage. I paid almost $13 for a spicy chicken sandwich with 1 slice of cheese and a small fry. The only thing right about it was the large coke. I asked for a classic Asiago chicken sandwich combo. I don’t recommend going there at night and I hope someone from that store reads this.

Received a damn near raw patty on a burger, which was so cold I used the fries to heat it up. Absolutely vile people.

I find this Wendy’s to be the best I come across. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. The food is always delicious. Great stop when I travel through.
