went through the drive through and didn’t get the total at the speaker so i add up how much it’s supposed with the prices on the board just to get to the window for the total to jump $5 ( paid with cash). Also their servings are always off. I asked for 2 scoops each of two different flavors and spent 6.50 for pretty much 2 scoops of icecream. Very disappointed and not going to be coming back.

My experience was overpriced and underwhelming. I was really disappointed with this place. For a small flurry, at $5.70 each, I expected to receive more Reese peanut butter cups. I was absolutely shocked to see how little toppings were in the flurry, especially considering the price and how small the portion was. Honestly, I should have just gone with a small vanilla soft serve- I wouldn’t have noticed a difference. It’s definitely not worth the high price, and I won’t be coming back.

I just spent over $17 on two flurries—one Oreo and one Reese’s—but was extremely disappointed with what I received. Instead of properly blended flurries, I was given two plain cups of vanilla soft serve with hardly to- no mix-ins at all. Additionally, I paid extra for whipped cream and cherries, which were also missing from both orders. This experience was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of money. I expected better quality and attention to detail from this establishment that’s been around for years. ‍♀️

Waaaaaay too busy to operate properly. Staff can’t keep up with both the drive through and normal order. I waited over an hour just to get to the window to order and once there, waited another 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. Had to wait another almost 20 minutes for two simple ice creams and an elephant ear. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The ice cream was fine. Portions were a bit small. Would have been a 4* food and value-wise. The 2* is because of the bizarre ordering system and the lack of helpful serving staff. I understand how small, medium, and large might be helpful for soft shell sizing but it makes zero sense for the scooped ice cream. I asked for a dipped waffle cone with one scoop of flavor x and one scoop of flavor y. The person asked what size which threw me off. I asked what she meant and she looked at me like I was an idiot. If you’re going to have a bizarre sizing that is unlike any of the hundred or so ice cream places I’ve ever been, at least be ready to convert it for the customer. Asking for 2 scoops in a waffle is a remarkably easy order. It took well over a minute before I finally just guessed and said medium which netted me the equivalent of about 1 full scoop of flavor Y and about 1/3 of a scoop of flavor X.

We waited 1 hours in line. When we got to the window, we ordered a turtle flurry and order my granddaughter the Black cherry flurry. Both of them we like eating soup. The soft serve ice cream machine was broken and should of not been used. Need to solve some issues you are having there.

Lots of ice cream options to pick from. There are some really good options like the many bars ice cream flavors, but we have some but and misses with weak shake flavors. The sundaes are also yummy, but really high priced compared to other ice cream parlors. I would give a 3.5 star for the food value, but since the outdoor seating space is very well maintained and a nice playground for the kids in giving a 4 star.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. We’ve been in line for over 40 minutes and still haven’t reached the window. Multiple orders are being handed out incorrectly, and the staff inside appear disorganized and unmotivated.

It’s clear the employees haven’t been properly trained and there’s a serious lack of urgency. What should’ve been a fun visit to the ice cream shop has turned into an aggravating wait.

We’ve watched several people give up and leave the line entirely.

As a business owner myself, with seasonal employees , I make it a priority to train my team well—they’re a direct reflection of my company. If the staff can’t manage a typical Saturday rush, then the owner should be present to ensure things run smoothly.

One of the pricier ones around. Ice cream isn’t the best, and there is always a drastic wait. If you plan on using the drive thru, plan on using up a lot of gas! I was in line for over 20 minutes. Got a twist. What an odd one it was. Mostly vanilla with whatever chocolate they put in. A very overwhelming dissatisfied experience. Not structured well. Majority of options were out anyways. Overall, out of the hand full of times being here, this will be the last. Just not worth it, go somewhere else. Only good thing about this place is the kind workers

Ice cream sundaes tasted fine. The attitude we got at the window from the employee was deplorable. Upon receiving our first sundae, I questioned, “Is this large?” because the cup wasn’t even 2/3rds full. I was told yes. Then we were handed the second sundae which looked filled to the top and I asked, “How can these both be large?” (See pic). She answered snippy, “Well, he put too much strawberry dole in that one [the full one]. We could remake it and put less strawberry in it for you.” I responded with, “Don’t be like that.” And she literally turned her back to us. As someone who has been in customer service and a business owner for 25 years, management/ownership needs to know about the lack of consistency in recipe execution (missing), attitude with customers (missing) and best role for each employee (missing). Each of these points are key in keeping loyal customers. We left upset and frustrated at having paid over $18 for these two treats that were eaten in the car with anger. We won’t be back.
