We use to go there a lot and tonight I was VERY disappointed in that I came in ordered my pizza and they said 15-20 minutes. There were two tables with people when I left. Upon arriving back at the restaurant to pick up the pizza 15 minutes later they told us it would be another 20 minutes. Looking around at two other people that had showed up and bought pizzas after we had ordered, I told them I wanted to talk to the manager and she could have cared less. I told them to cancel the pizza and left. We love their pizza but they need to do what is right. I guess it is better to loose a dedicated customer than it is to have somebody that might come back again in another 6 months.

Food was excellent and our server was sweet. The manager needs a new job. I informed our server that there was something hard on the bottom of the glass that looked like mold and she should probably throw it out. I had already finished the drink and didn’t really care about it. Then the manager came out and said these words: “I’m the manager and our cups come with plastic melted at the bottom.” Her attitude showed she didn’t care that i was trying to help or what i thought. The customer is not right. She is.
As i was about to leave i noticed that i was only charged 1/3 of the check total. Being an honest person i brought it to the counter to bring it to our server’s attention. As i approached, she looked at me with this disgusted face and said with the worst attitude i’ve ever heard, “Excuse me, can i help you.” No tact, no attempt to smile and no class. Horrendous! Hate your job? Leave. End of story. You suck.
