This is by far the worst Arby’s I have ever eaten at! The chicken bacon sandwich I have ordered for 20 years came out and it had a piece of chicken on it that was 2in diameter. I was told that this is the new size. For $15 fo a meal, that is by far absurd! The chicken I’m used to seeing sticks out past the bun. Then they ask what can they do, and before I can answer they look for the manager that is out back and no where to be found. Another staff member threw a different piece of chicken in fryer. By the time my sandwich was remade my friend finished his food. When I sat back down, I opened my sandwich and the chicken was semi back to a normal size but the sandwich had 2 yellow tomatoes and zero lettuce! I had no time to wait for them to fix this mess and I just ate it. The booths made me feel gross like no one has cleaned the splatter off the side in ages. If food prices are going to be this extreme, than people should be working hard to make things right! I will never return to this location!

We ordered at the drive thru. We got the 2 for $6.99, one fishand one beef and cheddar. The fish sandwich was okay, Theresa’s tarter sauce all over the outside of the bun, and the lettuce was wilted bad. The beef and cheddar, had a sauce on it that tasted rancid. After spitting the first bite out, I took the sandwich apart to look and that’s where I found a piece of plastic. See the pic.
I don’t think I will be back, especially after reading other reviews and talking to friends.

Minus 1 star because if you eat in you don’t get a tray. I like to make a puddle of ketchup on my tray so that I can dip my fries into it. All they offer is ridiculously tiny dipping cups. They’re not even 1 fluid ounce. The main Arby Q sauce dispenser was empty. At least there were enough clean tables and they had my food ready reasonably quickly.

Ordered at drive thru. One order. Was told to pull up. Waited 15 minutes. Walked inside and asked to be refunded. The help started arguing with each other. I just said please give me my money back. Then they started yelling at me. One would just not stop. I finally told her to shut up. The manager came put of the office. She did not say one word to me. She went to the cash register at the drive thru and she was on the phone with somebody. I don’t think she knew how to do a refund. I waited 3 or 4 more minutes. I asked again for my money back. The one I had told to shut up started yelling at me again and would not stop. Then another worker came up to me and said ‘I know why you are doing this’ and started to put at her forearm. The other worker was still yelling at me because I would not pay any attention to her. Finally after about 15 minutes and about 8 minutes inside I finally was refunded. No apologies, no nothing . When the worker brought the money she just laid it on the counter. The manager never came over and said anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have been to this Arby’s hundreds of times and I have never experienced anything like this. Whoever has this franchise needs to have it revoked by the franchiser. Never again will I ever do business at this location. If I could rate it minus 5, that is what it deserves. If I were you, I would think twice before doing business with this venue. An awful experience!

This place is disgusting. It’s like they hire whoever. The “manager” I seen was touching food without gloves. Where has her hands been? She was loud and obnoxious. She wasn’t even wearing proper attire. Who wears see thru pants being a manager. Have some respect. I tell everyone who asks not to eat there. Someone please change things.

If you’re gonna work at a drive through at least listen to whatever the people gotta say. It’s not hard to listen and follow directions. When someone says they don’t want something, you should be able to hear it. And if you don’t hear it, you should say something not just charge the person for things. If I hadn’t paid for my mail already, I would have drove away. Ps You’re drive through ladies dealing drugs in your parking lot
