By far the best: This is easily and has been my favorite pizza place. I always order a jumbo with pepperoni, extra cheese, and easy sauce. Super affordable and delicious. Also, the staff and the delivery man is always super friendly. I love this place and hope it stays around for years to come. It is also really nice for kids with all of their arcade games and prizes, or events for adults with big screen TVs. Thank you Pizza House for outstanding service.

I have been coming to Pizza House for years but I left very disappointed today. I ordered a family pack and asked for an additional pitcher of ice water and after spending almost $100.,
they charged me $2.00 for water. I told
them that I had just ordered food, why would they charge me for water, I didn’t even buy a cup. I was directed to speak to the owner and I did. I asked if he was the boss and he answered “why” and I explained my frustration. He acknowledged
that yes they charge for water and said it was just $2.00.
On top of that, they have added an additional fee per pizza for the box, not only do you spend the pizza price but they automatically tag on the additional fee of $1.50 per pizza for wasted cardboard when we are going to throw it away. The boxes are given during dine in.
It’s sad that we were treated very poorly and spent easily $300+ because we were a large group.
Sadly I will be looking for another pizza restaurant to dine at, because the environment has changed and I find the additional fee per pizza of $1.50 almost like a scam. I will think twice before coming back. They have lost a good customer. Do better and treat people better, it’s not cool
To take advantage of people.

So this place is conveniently located next to a cool retro arcade that’s the only reason we stopped in. Was nervous about this place because it didn’t smell like pizza when we walked in. But after reading a few other reviews we decided let’s see if it’s any good. We ordered a jumbo pepperoni pizza toppings were $3.00 each and they charge $1.50 for the pizza box even if you eat in the restaurant. It’s appears to be run by a family so we decided to eat here as a way to support. The pizza was an upgrade from digorno pizza it wasn’t horrible but I’m a gourmet pizza lover so it didn’t hit the spot for me. The jumbo size was enough for 6 people to have two slices though.

My family has been a loyal customer at Pizza House for years, but today was really disappointing.
They started adding a $1.50 “box fee” per pizza, even for dine-in orders — which makes no sense. Our group spent over $300 and still felt unwelcome. The lady at the front is rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her for doing her job. The Asian manager is horrible. Bathrooms are nasty. The kitchen looks outdated. They even charge $2 for water out of the sink. Yuck!
It’s sad to see how much this place has changed. Management is horrible. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Loyal customers deserve better. God bless and Sayanara Pizza House.

Wanted to come to this place to enjoy some pizza and games just like we did as kids. Been here dozens of times, but the last time we lost money due to an arcade game being broken and stealing money even tho it’s on and seemingly in working order. We simply asked the owner to give the money back but he said “no it’s my money” and argued with me for 5 minutes. Will never return here again.

The best part was the ICE COLD COCA COLA PITCHER..! FOUNTAIN COKE WAS CRISPY!! Service was ok a bit on the lazy side..u won’t get no cheese or chili flakes or ketchup if u don’t ask for it.
