We met a family visiting for the first time from Hawaii. The father was really nice and we enjoyed the short but sweet conversation. Hot grande Caramel Latte with Oat Milk and whipped cream with caramel drizzzzzzle. Delicious.

I am not from this area I was lost, confused, and needed some change for my parking meter. As soon as I stepped in all the employees greeted me kindly changed my mood. I spoke with a young lady Akira(sorry if I misspelled) asked if she had change for $2 she kindly helped me and told a young man it was ok. Thank you all very much I was irritated and grumpy but a simple hello changed my mood. Their kindness was rare to see in this day and age may God bless you all!

Order for pickup around 8am today. Upon arrival I waited an additional 40 minutes for my complete order. Most of the staff is always pleasant. But it takes a longtime to receive orders, the items are placed anywhere on the counter, not in any order according to name and the music is EXTREMELY loud to the point where you cannot hear your name or order. The music should not be so loud that you have to yell to speak to the staff. I know this a busy location but please look at adding a few tweeks to address the reoccurring issues.

The food overall was 10/10 but the barista wasn’t very nice when I questioned her about my drink. I ordered a mango passionfruit refresher and received a drink with dragonfruit in it. She then stated that, that’s how the drink comes and the passionfruit is just a base. I proceeded to take the drink as it came just didn’t like her attitude behind the response.

Today, my aunt and I got two coffees — one tall and one venti — and after we left the place, we both realized that our coffees were only half full. We were honestly shocked, and the fact that both of them were half full made us think it was done intentionally. It was truly a big disappointment.
