If this location can’t handle basic courtesy or accuracy, they shouldn’t be serving customers. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone.
After a month of trying to resolve the issue through the franchise’s customer service, the store manager finally reached out to me via email and offered for me to return to the store to pick up the products from my order. Although this situation was quite disappointing, at least they were able to resolve it. Thanks to Crystal and the lady I spoke with today for making things right after the mistake made over a month ago. Horrible experience – Money lost and unresolved
On June 30, I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app, including a dozen donuts, half of which were Boston Cream. When I picked up my order, they told me that the Boston Cream donuts were not available. I kindly asked if they could cancel only the donut part of my order (since I didn’t want replacements) and I would only take the coffees.
To my surprise, the staff member responded rudely and told me that she could not cancel the order, that she had to do it through the application. Unfortunately, the application did not offer any option to cancel.
I ended up paying $29.91 for an order I never received. I filed a complaint and received an email requesting more details, which I quickly provided. They responded saying that the store would follow up within two days to resolve the issue. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received an answer. No refund. Without explanation. Nothing.
This is not just bad customer service, it feels like I’ve been robbed of $29.91 for absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointing experience. I expected something better from Dunkin’.
